im sitting on my couch in apt refusing to move. it’s pouring rain outside and i’m just exhausted from existing. my anxiety is doing that thing where it makes every little thing feel heavy so walking 10k feels like a chore i didn’t sign up for. i’d rather just lay here and doomscroll until my eyes hurt. honestly i think i’ll just do 2k and call it a day because my brain is fried and i can’t deal with the pressure right now.

my joints hurt so bad i cant even sleep straight anymore. For real, divorce wrecked my cortisol levels i guess. i just ice my knees and take ibuprofen. doctors keep telling me its stress but i feel like my bones are breaking. i just want to lay still without pain for like an hour. its exhausting being a functional human again.

sister no u not lazy. i hit that wall hard last year. felt like carrying the world but had zero energy left. i stopped trying to do it all and just did the bare minimum for a while. let dishes pile up, ordered takeout, went to bed early. ur body is screaming for rest not more punishment. take the day off. truly.

yup same. i do high impact stuff so my knees are basically shot. after sunday service i literally have to ice them for an hour straight. it sucks but hey, pain is temporary right. just keep moving and take some ibuprofen if you have to. dont let it stop you from hitting the gym tomorrow. we got this.

Aura is just a fancy word for burnout. I stare at my spreadsheet at 7pm and feel like a ghost haunting my own kitchen. Sleep helps. Also eating something that isnt granola. If you cant look in the mirror without screaming maybe take the day off. Work does not care if you glow.

yeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.

hola mi reina jaja honestly same. after my first 5k i felt like i was actually dying. la muerte was real. now i just walk super slow at the end and drink lots of water. dont push it too hard baby. your body is adjusting. take breaks, sit down if you need to. no hay prisa. we are not marathon runners yet. just keep showing up. love you

honestly same. lately i just do the bare minimum. light one candle, sit outside for 10 mins, breathe. thats it. no crystals no journals no rituals. my ancestors didn’t need apps to find peace. i’m tired too so i’m resting not performing spirituality. let it rest.

i just walk everywhere. no matter where we live, i get outside. sometimes it’s snow, sometimes heat, doesn’t matter. i stretch on the porch before coffee. it keeps my joints loose. i don’t need a gym membership that expires every time we pack up. my body is my home too, so i treat it with respect daily. simple movements count more than fancy routines.

Honestly same here. For real, I used to force myself to meditate for twenty minutes every morning and it just felt like another item on my to, do list. Now I just read one chapter of a book before bed. No pressure, no timer, just me and the story. If I miss a night, I dont sweat it. It stopped feeling like a chore once I stopped treating it like a performance and just kept it ridiculously low stakes.
