Quote from Whispersedge on April 13, 2021, 1:37 amlol honestly same. pilates is too boring sans hype. i went to a black woman owned studio downtown and its always full of energy. the instructor is loud af and calls you out if you cheating. makes it way more fun. also got a new friend who drives past so we carpool. sometimes u just need the drama and noise to get through a roll up.

Quote from Blushtower on July 28, 2021, 4:40 pmThat sounds like a lot of work. I keep my husband happy on weekends so I can sleep in during the week. We also have kids so weekends are basically for family time anyway. If he wants that much energy maybe he can focus on his own hobbies. Honestly I just want to rest too. My body gets tired from work and looking after the house.

Quote from Sunny1962 on October 5, 2021, 12:42 pmOye girl, that sounds exhausting tbh. If he keeps bringing up his ex, I’m just straight up telling him stop right there. It’s disrespectful to me and weird for him. I’d say either leave the ghost in the past or I’m leaving. Seriously, why are you stuck listening to his drama? He needs to get his act together or find someone else to play therapist. No jokes.

Quote from Freedream1997 on November 19, 2021, 1:04 amim literally the same. i had my third cup yesterday around 3pm because i refused to take a nap during my work break. now im staring at my phone at 11pm. im a runner so i tell myself caffeine helps my workouts but honestly its just bad habits. do u drink it after that time often or was this just today?

Quote from stephanie1974 on August 14, 2021, 4:51 amHonestly same here. I swear, My guy works long hours too and comes home completely drained. I learned to just not make it a big deal. Sometimes we cuddle and call it a day. Other times he showers and we try later when hes a bit more rested. Just accept it and focus on other ways to connect like cooks dinner together or watching a show. No pressure is key for us.

Quote from Kind1972 on April 1, 2022, 8:31 pmlol seriously. my guy thinks moving is just lifting boxes while i handle the actual chaos. we agree that for the first two weeks everything goes in trash bags labeled by room. no cleaning until everything is in its right house. if he wants it perfect, he helps me pack. otherwise he deals with the mess.

Quote from Sweet1970 on April 1, 2022, 8:31 pmaaj kal ye sab common hai. Ngl, me bhi shuru me pareshan hoti thi. par ab main apna time leti hoon. gym, friends, ya bas phone pe baithna. usko pehle se bata doon agar busy hu. ab wo samajhta hai ki mere bina nahi chalega. pressure nahi lena chahiye bhabhi. apna peace maintain karo.

Quote from gentlefort on August 24, 2022, 3:52 amMy grandmomma always said yawning isnt just tiredness. Sometimes its your spirit trying to breathe or stretch when your mind is stuck. I do a quick breath prayer when this happens. Just three deep breaths in through the nose out through the mouth. Helps me ground back to earth. If sleep isnt fixing it maybe it isnt about the body. Check in with whats heavy on your heart today.

Quote from Alice1977 on January 3, 2022, 6:15 amnah not weird at all i work two jobs up here in the hills and by the time i get home i just want to sit on the porch and stare at the mountains. Honestly, my husband gets it too we are basically roommates sometimes and thats fine. dont let anyone make you feel guilty for being tired. rest is important.
