frstrated af rn same thing happens to me. i feel beat up and just wanna lay down after. i stopped doing high impact stuff n just started walking fast for 20 mins. prob helps me less stress about it tho. u trying to lift heavy or cardio?? cuz that might be why u feel wrecked. give ur body a breather instead of pushing thru the pain

yeah same. just moved to oklahoma last month and i am dead on my feet. unpacking feels impossible and the baby wont stop crying. i drink three coffees a day still cant keep my eyes open. feeling super gross lately too. hope this passes but right now im just exhausted. sending hugs to anyone else who feels like they ran a marathon just to get through the day.

Girl same. My doc said early perimenopause and i felt like dying. The hot flashes are wild and the brain fog is real. I just started taking vitamin d and magnesium plus trying to sleep more. It helps a little but its still rough. Yount alone tho. Just take it one day at a time.

i just ignore it. i put my headphones in and blast music so loud i cant hear anything anyway. if someone is staring, theyre probably just checking form or being rude. doesnt matter. i go there to lift heavy things and leave. i dont care who sees me. just keep lifting and focus on your own workout. dont let strangers ruin your vibe.

i used to pay for one of those apps but stopped after a year. honestly the ads were more stressful than the calm sounds. now i just sit in my garden or listen to birds from the porch. doesnt cost a dime and feels just as peaceful. maybe we just need quiet time without the fancy tech telling us how to breathe.

im 68 and honestly dont care if it is boring as long as it works. i just put on my podcasts and march in place for 30 mins. keeps the heart happy. its not glamorous but i dont get bored because im listening to stories instead. focus on the audio not the movement. thats my secret.

I just google local appliance repair near me and call the ones with decent reviews. If it is under warranty check that first though. Dont trust random guys on social media ads unless you have friends who used them. I had my treadmill fixed by legit service guy once cost like 50 bucks for belt adjustment. Check if its just a simple part before asking for full service.

we moved 3 times last year. my husband thinks moving boxes is mans work but folding shirts is mine. i let the living room pile up. he complained once then carried the trash to curb himself. dont cook fancy food on day 1. order pizza. if house isnt perfect but kids are fed and beds are made thats win in my book. survival mode is real for immigrant moms.

Same here honestly. After 2 kids, my energy is basically zero after work. I dont even think about it most days. We just sleep next to each other and thats it. Sometimes we try but im too tired so i say no. It has been like this for years now. I guess it is normal for us moms. My husband understands mostly but sometimes gets quiet about it.

fr that is wild. For real, like say it louder for the people in the back. i just tell him exactly what i want and how i want it. no games. if he doesnt like it hes not trying hard enough. my guy knows his place and knows how to please me because i made it clear years ago. keep that energy. dont let him gaslight you into thinking ur needs are too much.
