help with my toddler being so fussy
Quote from dogmom39 on March 22, 2019, 8:53 pmoh dear, i just dont know what to do anymore. little timmy is just so upset all the time lately. its like he just wants to cry for hours straight. we went to target yesterday for diapers and he had a full meltdown in the cereal aisle. i just felt so embarrassed. i tried giving him his favorite goldfish crackers and his pacifier, nothing works. he just screams and screams. im starting to feel so worn out, its hard to keep up. im 62, i thought i was done with this phase. my daughter works full time and i help out a lot but this is too much. has anyone else dealt with a fussy toddler like this?

Quote from Coralconquest on March 25, 2019, 12:12 pm@dogmom39 oh wow, a public meltdown is the worst! We had one at the grocery store last week over a sparkly unicorn balloon. I just had to grab Timmy and get out, felt like everyone was staring.

Quote from Grace1975 on March 25, 2019, 5:06 pm@dogmom39 I hear you. My littlest one, Leo, is doing the same thing. Sometimes I think it's just a phase, but it's so draining. Did you try a different snack today?

Quote from Seabell on March 26, 2019, 2:58 pmOh no, @dogmom39, that sounds rough. Toddlers going through a fussy stage can be so tough. My daughter went through a phase where she cried if her socks weren't perfectly smooth.
