I get it. My husband was pushing hard too. I stopped overthinking the performance part and just told him we need low pressure. We switched to just touching without expecting penetration. Took the edge off for both of us. Now we actually want to be closer. Don’t force it if your body says no. Communication works better than ghosting through it. Just be honest.

man i am so done with this shit. cancelled again yesterday. honestly ive just stopped going to the classes. i go early in the morning and use the machines by myself. its quiet, no waiting, and i dont care if they show up or not. sometimes i just walk the trails behind my house instead. its free and the air is good. dont let them get to you or stress out over it.

Stop doing 45 min sessions. My knees gave out from that. Now i do 20 min walks after dinner. Just move. Hydrate more too. Dehydration makes u feel like crap after exercise. Drink water before and after. Simple. Dont overcomplicate it. If u feel worse check form or intensity. Lower weight. Consistency beats intensity every time.

god yes. i did pilates last thursday and basically crawled out of bed this morning. like my hamstrings are literally screaming at me. i just soak in epsom salts and try not to move too much. it feels like someone poured cement in my legs. hate that feeling so much.

Same thing happens here. We just gave her a specific corner with a small table and told her that’s the only spot. She put up a little shrine and now it’s her sacred space. I actually don’t mind it that much as long as the incense smell doesn’t drift into the kitchen while I’m cooking dinner. Just set boundaries early.

Girl same. My doc said early perimenopause and i felt like dying. The hot flashes are wild and the brain fog is real. I just started taking vitamin d and magnesium plus trying to sleep more. It helps a little but its still rough. Yount alone tho. Just take it one day at a time.

Ugh that sounds so frustrating. My guy did the same thing, calling me crazy for wanting to talk while he was just scrolling on his phone. I stopped trying to fix it. I just told him I need him to be present or I’m gonna take my energy elsewhere. If he stays distant, mirror that. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking you’re too much when he’s putting in zero effort. Keep it real with yourself.

nah not weird at all i work two jobs up here in the hills and by the time i get home i just want to sit on the porch and stare at the mountains. my husband gets it too we are basically roommates sometimes and thats fine. dont let anyone make you feel guilty for being tired. rest is important.

yeah it is definitely just you lol. my body goes crazy after heavy lifts. i usually have a handful of sunflower seeds and a banana right when i finish. keeps me from feeling like i might pass out but doesnt make me too full. sometimes if its really bad i sip on bone broth while i cool down. helps with the cravings without wrecking my appetite for dinner later.

Oh honey it is real. I got diagnosed at 52 and my husband thought I was just getting old. Lord knows I ain't. I take my meds, stretch in the morning, and rest when my body screams. It’s a drag but you’re not crazy. Keep going sister.
