Quote from Twinkleredoubt on October 20, 2024, 3:41 amI stopped trying to manifest money long ago. Now I just grind. I budget tight, pick up extra shifts, and invest what I can. If I want a new car I save for it or work a second job. Manifesting felt like waiting for a check that never arrives. Real talk its about action not just vibes. I focus on what I can control today.

Quote from Rubyyarn on March 28, 2024, 6:35 pmugh right. i used to try deep breathing but it just made me more anxious. now i just zone out with loud action movies or listen to true crime podcasts. keeps my brain busy so i dont overthink. also ice baths help when my muscles feel tight from stress. honestly just numbing the noise out works better than trying to calm down. its exhausting being on high alert all the time.

Quote from RidgeForest on February 26, 2024, 11:46 amSame. I just walk fast around my neighborhood after clase. No gym, no counting macros, no expensive supplements. Just me and my thoughts. Sometimes I lift heavy boxes at work and thats enough resistance for me. I drink water and try to sleep 7 hours. If I feel like moving, I dance to bad bops in my room. Its not pretty but it keeps me sane. Why overcomplicate it when simply staying alive already takes so much effort?

Quote from Fiona1972 on February 26, 2024, 4:02 amugh tell me about it. i cant even sit down right bc my quads are screaming. took me three days to walk down the stairs after my last session and even that was a struggle. i just layed in bed and stared at the ceiling while my legs shook. but hey at least we look good doing it, right? ugh. seriously though hope it goes away by tomorrow.

Quote from Bridgerime on September 24, 2024, 1:52 ami just pack resistance bands and a jump rope they take no space. every new place i find a park for running or do bodyweight stuff in the living rm. consistency is key not fancy gym membership. if i dont work out for a week cuz moving chaos i dont stress just start again next day. simple habits stick better than intense routines when u are always settling in somewhere new tbh.

Quote from Warm1971 on July 3, 2024, 4:44 amsick days are a myth for most of us; im pushing through the body aches right now because rent doesnt pause. just chugging electrolytes and taking ibuprofen every six hours like clockwork; if i feel feverish at work i step out to the parking lot to cool down. its not ideal but it keeps the check coming in; survive one day at a time.

Quote from windfield on November 10, 2024, 8:54 pmsame here, been doing this for months. Honestly, tried melatonin, hot milk, nothing works. now i just lay in bed awake and scroll through my email since my brain is weirdly clear at 3am. still tired all day but at least i get some work done. honestly just waiting for it to stop on its own. hang in there sis.

Quote from linen on September 14, 2024, 7:39 amyeah totally. Tbh, you never really relax when you know your lease is up in six months. i got tired of the drama so i stayed put for three years. finally got into a routine and a bf showed up. moving every other year just feels like you are on probation somewhere. hard to invite anyone over when you are half packed
