Quote from Crystal1995 on July 31, 2026, 7:49 amfr that’s wild. my man used to give me the silent treatment too after we argued. i stopped asking and just started focusing on myself. went to the gym, called my girls. sometimes u gotta show u dont need em to survive. if he keeps ignoring u like that, honestly evaluate the relationship. u deserve better than being treated like furniture.

Quote from Hannah1994 on January 7, 2025, 4:04 amhonestly i just bring the dumbbells and mat to the hotel room. moving around every two years means i never feel like lugging a gym bag across town. im homebody now. if i had it my way id do a quick 15 min session in the living room while the kids nap. saves me from dealing with crowded locker rooms and strangers trying to use my equipment. simple is best for me these days.

Quote from ashley1986 on November 25, 2025, 11:49 amyupp its not just u. Ngl, my knees scream after sitting 10 hrs at my desk coding. i swear the office chairs r designed to torture us. started doing those simple chair stretches every hour and bought a cheaper ergonomic cushion. helps a bit but still hurts when weather changes. just try not to ignore it before it gets worse. my dad had bad knees by 40 lol.

Quote from Dreamer1974 on October 12, 2025, 8:05 pmfr though i see why you’re mad tbh. i turned twenty and he bought me those overpriced candles instead of the matcha kit i literally printed out and emailed him. i didn’t make a huge deal of it, but my internal monologue was screaming. it’s not the gift, it’s the fact that he keeps missing the small things that actually make me feel seen. ugh.

Quote from Wildjob on September 27, 2025, 9:33 pmi dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.

Quote from goldwave on September 9, 2026, 10:33 am@Crystal1995 you made right choice by ignoring silence. My husband also stays quiet when angry. I used to worry too much. Now I make chai in kitchen and listen to news. It helps me stay calm. If he wants talk, he will come. Do not chase him. Focus on your own peace. It is better for mental health to not beg for attention.
