Quote from mosssedge on May 17, 2025, 9:47 pmi just stopped buying snacks there entirely. the markup is insane like paying for the convenience not the food. i pack my own water and granola bars at home now. saves like twenty bucks a week easily. yeah its annoying but its way cheaper to just do it the old fashioned way. my students think i am cheap but my wallet says otherwise lol.

Quote from Margaret1971 on July 31, 2026, 6:28 pmI run during my lunch break to clear my head before the second period bell rings. Lately I just walk briskly instead. The kids are keeping me on my toes all day so by noon i barely have energy to jog. I used to hit 5 mph easily but now 3 feels like a stretch. Just listening to podcasts while moving at a slower pace works just as well for me honestly.

Quote from Lisa1977 on March 19, 2026, 9:14 amYeah totally. I used to say yes to everything and ended up burnt out before the season even started. Now I just ghost people who ask favors if theyre not close friends. Saves me so much mental energy. If they get mad they werent worth the hassle anyway. Focus is everything when you have real goals. No guilt allowed.

Quote from dalecloth on February 27, 2025, 11:11 amOh honey that sounds awful. I quit the treadmill years ago. My knees just couldn’t take it anymore. Now I walk around the park near my house. Much nicer. Fresh air and sunshine. Try lowering the incline or speed. Or just stop. No point hurting yourself. Drink some water too. Feel better.

Quote from Brightpageant on January 29, 2026, 12:20 amHonestly same here. I train 4 days a week and nothing moves. But honestly started tracking protein strictly. Before I was eating carbs only. Now I make sure every meal has chicken or lentils. Also stopped skipping breakfast. My shaadi diet was full of sugar so body got used to it. Give it 2 months see if changes. Don't stress, happens to many of us here.

Quote from Linenallegory on March 8, 2026, 8:56 amnah it is totally possible i just turn 38 last week and my energy levels are actually higher than they were in my twenties. i stopped eating processed sugar and started lifting heavy weights 4 days a week. also sleep matters so much more now. if u are sleeping 6 hours and drinking lattes all day yeah ur gonna feel dead. change the routine and the energy comes back simple as that

Quote from beth2003 on November 3, 2025, 8:57 pmArey oye, change those socks daily beta! In India we say if you dont wash gym clothes separately, bacteria stays. Also maybe he needs better deodorant or shower more. Dont just complain, tell him directly to sort his hygiene. If he smells bad after one day, it is his problem not yours. Make him take responsibility for his own cleanliness. Simple as that.

Quote from brookparade on August 20, 2026, 3:40 pmHonestly that sounds nasty. Omg, My husband always says I smell like dirt and old coffee after he lets the dogs out. I just dump cheap white wine on my ankles and forget it. If he’s analyzing your scent you should probably find someone less obsessed with weird details. I’m too tired to deal with that kind of nonsense. Just keep ignoring him until he goes away. Seriously men are so exhausting sometimes.
