Quote from evelyn1992 on August 26, 2026, 7:52 amI just throw a load of laundry in and call it a day. Tbh, My husband complains but he never helps so I just ignore him. I’m black and white but mostly exhausted from moving every two years. Chicago winters are brutal enough without stressing over dust bunnies. I eat cereal on the counter while boxes sit in the living room. If he wants it perfect he can clean it himself. I’m too tired to care rn.

Quote from moonfire on April 8, 2026, 2:36 ami stopped drinking homemade aguas too. thought it was healthy but the sugar load is crazy. my doctor said natural sugars count just the same. now i stick to water with lime or sparkling water. annoying at first but my labs look better. just wish someone told me earlier.

Quote from Softrout on September 16, 2025, 7:23 amMan that is rough. Honestly we do a chore chart every Sunday night. Pretty much treats it like work shifts. He got the evening shift until 8 then I take over. It ain't always perfect but it helps split the mental load. If he ghosts his shift we talk about it the next day no yelling just facts. You gotta set boundaries early or it never changes.

Quote from Seedbay on January 21, 2026, 4:19 pmhola girl. i get it. after my daughter was born i felt the exact same way. like my body belongs to everyone else but me. i just tell him i’m not in the headspace. we cuddle or watch telenovelas instead. no pressure. your body is yours, dont force it. take all the time u need. we’ll get there when ur ready.

Quote from LoveForest on July 8, 2025, 7:41 pmOMG girl same. Mi ankles are huge lately. I think is just the heat or how much I stand all day. Yo mama told me to keep elevating mi pies when resting. Also check if your shoes give u proper support. No es normal pero tampoco es el fin del mundo. Drink more water too because dehydration makes swelling worse. Hope u feel better soon amiga.

Quote from Laura1980 on June 5, 2025, 3:30 amhonestly i stopped trying to force myself to the gym. it just wasn working for me. now i just do 20 mins of yoga on my living room rug when i have time. some days i skip it and thats ok. no guilt. just moving my body because it feels good, not because some schedule says i should. keep it simple and dont beat yourself up over missing a day.

Quote from Mountainrose1979 on January 6, 2026, 4:08 pmit is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?

Quote from Gentleforest1970 on July 18, 2026, 1:46 pmbeta honestly its so funny. my husband used to say same thing after 5 years. i just told him stop guessing and start asking. now we have proper schedule for intimacy. he thinks im strict but at least he knows what i want. dont let him call it demanding. call it clear communication. he needs to wake up and listen not just complain.
