Quote from TwinkleRiver on March 19, 2025, 8:43 amHesitate on the waistband every morning. Omg, Trousers feel finer. Pants are stretchy so they hide the truth. I m still in sweatpants most days anyway. Hoodie too. Not trying to prove anything to anyone right now. Just trying to get through the week without crying. One day at a time. Next.

Quote from Mapleviewpoint on July 31, 2026, 7:49 amOh honey same here lol. I tried my first yoga retreat last year and spent half the class waddling around. I just sit on a folded towel now and let it all go. No fancy props needed. My knees click like a geiger counter but at least I get some quiet time to drink tea. Keep going dear.

Quote from natalie1965 on June 19, 2025, 2:14 amhonestly i just ice them for 20 mins right after and take ibuprofen. we move every 3 years so i dont have a regular PT and literally cant afford to take days off work. just stretch hard before bed and try not to jump around so much tomorrow. knees are wrecked from all the boxes we drag into these tiny apartment moves anyway. lol.

Quote from boldwave on September 15, 2025, 11:10 pmHonestly that sounds nasty. My husband always says I smell like dirt and old coffee after he lets the dogs out. I just dump cheap white wine on my ankles and forget it. If he’s analyzing your scent you should probably find someone less obsessed with weird details. I’m too tired to deal with that kind of nonsense. Just keep ignoring him until he goes away. Seriously men are so exhausting sometimes.

Quote from Sunnybeam on October 15, 2025, 5:31 amSame situation here man. My husband acts like the kids are not his. I am exhausted holding everything down while he just sits there. My mom and sisters literally had to step in to help with the little ones otherwise I would have collapsed. It drives me crazy that I have to do everything. Just venting cause I have no energy left for this nonsense. Need a break badly.

Quote from Sam1979 on June 14, 2025, 4:46 amGlad you posted that. Ngl, I sat on my porch for an hour after my last scare just drinking ice water and shaking. Youre not alone in the loss of control. Its messy and ugly. Cry it out. I keep my tissues in every room now. Just breathe through it one minute at a time. We will survive this but it hurts like hell right now.

Quote from Maplelegend on March 27, 2026, 12:06 pmI moved my shower time to early morning. By the time he’s done his long ritual I’ve already finished mine and started getting ready for the day. It stopped the waiting game completely. I just had to accept that’s how he takes care of himself and adjust my schedule around it. Works for now since we both get what we need without the passive aggression over the bathroom.
