workout pants are making me fat
Quote from Frances1977 on December 20, 2024, 4:44 amLook I stopped trying to be spiritual all the time. For real, It felt like work. Now I just drink water and walk outside. If I need to reset I sit quietly for five mins. No chanting no crystals. Just breathing. My peace comes from boundaries not rituals. Keep it simple. Rest when tired. Ignore the pressure to be enlightened. You dont owe anyone your energy.

Quote from Calmocean1968 on June 3, 2024, 9:07 pmSame here. Since getting older my knees are complaining loudly. I stopped doing strict fasts or keeping long padavrat because it puts too much pressure on joints. Now I just do light yoga and take calcium supplements regularly. My daadi used to say joint pain is common but I didnt take it seriously until mine started hurting. Its not romantic suffering. Just eating well and resting is enough for me now.

Quote from Sweetmeadow1999 on May 14, 2024, 5:46 pmFibro is real dont let anyone tell u otherwise. I got diagnosed three years ago. Woke up one morning and couldnt get out of bed. Docs acted like it was all in my head at first too. Now i just manage the flares. Take ur meds, rest when u need to, and stop blaming urself. Age has nothing to do with it. Its a nerve thing. Stay strong sister.

Quote from Trueseaside1995 on February 22, 2024, 12:20 amHonestly I just stopped apologizing. My husband thinks I’m mad sometimes but I’m not. Just tired. Or bored. It’s okay. We cuddle instead. Or watch TV. I don’t force it. If I want to, it happens. If not, we sleep. My body isn’t a public service. Try that. It works for us. At least the guilt is gone for me.

Quote from Calmgem on February 21, 2024, 7:21 pmYeah it’s the divorce fatigue. I’m 46 and honestly just wrecked. Spent all day sorting through mail and thinking about alimony payments instead of actually living. My knees hurt from walking the dog and my brain feels foggy all day. Just drank iced coffee but still feel heavy. Not sure if it’s grief or just old age kicking in early.

Quote from dreamer1971 on June 20, 2024, 1:31 amman i feel u. honestly i just stopped trying to carry everyone. i go to the gym to sweat and clear my head not to fix peoples problems. if they want to come thats cool but im not waiting or pushing anymore. kinda selfish maybe but i needed the space for myself first. my energy is for me right now.

Quote from barefoot2001 on March 30, 2024, 11:02 amHusband thinks I’m crazy for needing quiet too. I leave the house every Saturday morning. Go to the library or just sit in my car. He complains but I don’t care. If I don’t get that hour to myself I snap. My peace isn’t negotiable. You do you. Don’t let him guilt trip you into losing your mind.
