why am i always so tired even after 8 hours of sleep ??
Quote from Velvetticket on January 27, 2022, 1:00 pmive moved every 18 months for work and yeah it kills the vibe. Ngl, hard to build intimacy when you are busy unpacking boxes or sleeping on an air mattress. my partner and i just stopped trying to plan dates during the first year in a new city. we just ordered takeout and watched movies until things settled down. now we wait until lease renews to start dating again

Quote from rootstory on May 12, 2022, 7:22 amaaj kal ye sab common hai. me bhi shuru me pareshan hoti thi. par ab main apna time leti hoon. gym, friends, ya bas phone pe baithna. usko pehle se bata doon agar busy hu. ab wo samajhta hai ki mere bina nahi chalega. pressure nahi lena chahiye bhabhi. apna peace maintain karo.

Quote from Gentlethicket on January 15, 2022, 7:08 amim so there. kept an old fashioned hot water bottle by my bed all night. just put it on while i was still warm. by the time i needed it for the kid, it was ready. saves having to run back to the bathroom. also got a stash of fever reducers in the kids room. you dont want to hunt in the dark. drink some tea. take turns if he has a sitter.

Quote from BoldStar on June 23, 2022, 6:29 amhit a wall yesterday after leg day. Omg, felt like garbage for two days. just pushed through hydration and sleep. now i’m fine but dead tired. honestly might be eating enough protein too. my gym buddy says i look like i got hit by a bus after workouts. not helpful but funny. try drinking more water and maybe lower intensity for a week. see if that helps.

Quote from redfarmstead on May 23, 2022, 9:16 pmomg unplug the wifi and throw his phone in the trash. do not let him in the house. if he is cheating he already told you who he is. i dont care if he begs or cries. you deserve better than this mess. block him everywhere and go stay at your bestie’s place. seriously just get out of that apartment right now. your mental health matters more than his cheap satisfaction. run dont walk.

Quote from GoldGarden on September 26, 2022, 5:28 pmi feel that. my husband used to think once a week was totally fine. honestly? yeah。 we just stopped scheduling it. now its whenever we actually want to。 turns out spontaneity matters more than a rigid calendar。 if he isnt asking for more maybe he just isnt turned on by the routine。

Quote from Peak再见 on November 12, 2022, 12:23 amhon i set clear boundaries day one. Omg, told her house rules include no rituals in living spaces. she can do it in her own place or outside. simple as that. been married 12 years, never had issues since. if you dont speak up they just keep doing it. be direct but polite. my dad in law handles the stuff now. works for us.

Quote from moorfern on October 24, 2022, 3:40 amomg girl same. I literally throw his clothes in the wash the second he takes them off. If they stay in the hamper for more than a few hours, forget it. The smell is unreal. I even wash his workout gear separately with extra detergent because regular stuff doesnt cut it. My bf thinks Im crazy but hey, nobody wants to date a human stench bag. Just keep that washer running, mija.

Quote from Lily1984 on October 31, 2023, 4:08 ami literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. For real, just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.
