why am i always so tired even after 8 hours of sleep ??
Quote from Diane2003 on October 11, 2019, 4:38 amI woke up at 6am today and felt like I was dragged behind a truck. I slept from 11pm to 7am last night which is a full eight hours. I even bought that melatonin tea at Trader Joes yesterday because my friend said it helps but nothing changed. My back hurts and my eyes feel heavy. I made breakfast for the kids and dropped them off at school by 8am. Usually I have some energy by noon but today I just want to lie down on the carpet. I checked my water intake and I drink enough. I eat okay too. But this exhaustion is real and it is ruining my days. Is this normal or do I need a blood test?

Quote from Ashley1992 on June 27, 2019, 12:55 pmI moved my shower time to early morning. By the time he’s done his long ritual I’ve already finished mine and started getting ready for the day. It stopped the waiting game completely. I just had to accept that’s how he takes care of himself and adjust my schedule around it. Works for now since we both get what we need without the passive aggression over the bathroom.

Quote from Rachel1976 on December 6, 2019, 11:22 amgirl if he cheated dont even look at him twice. honest he wants attention not love. i wouldnt even reply to him. like really? you broke my trust and now you want skin contact? gross. just block him and go get a fresh manicure. we dont settle for that nonsense. be serious with yourself. he can take his ego with him. no contact is the only move here trust me.

Quote from lisa1984 on September 4, 2020, 10:34 ambeta honestly its so funny. my husband used to say same thing after 5 years. i just told him stop guessing and start asking. now we have proper schedule for intimacy. he thinks im strict but at least he knows what i want. dont let him call it demanding. call it clear communication. he needs to wake up and listen not just complain.

Quote from Emberburn on October 18, 2020, 2:08 amI just stopped fighting it. Bought the basic cerave cleanser and nothing else. Used to buy fancy stuff hoping it would fix everything. Now I just wash, moisturize, and let it be. My skin actually cleared up when I stopped stressing over it. Sometimes doing less is the only move left when you are exhausted.

Quote from Cloudsign on December 5, 2020, 4:23 pmim not really finding god atm just trying to survive the heat and my kids driving me crazy. Ngl, honestly praying feels like work lately. i just make my coffee sit in silence for ten minutes. thats it. sometimes that quiet time is enough for me right now. dont overthink it. just breathe.

Quote from Indigorecital on April 7, 2020, 8:08 pmI don’t deal with that nonsense. If my husband speaks to me with disrespect, I shut it down right then. I tell him I’m not accepting that tone and I’m walking away until he can speak properly. You aren’t too sensitive, you just have standards. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking his bad behavior is your problem. Walk away if he won’t change.

Quote from Sparkle on February 19, 2020, 3:27 amNot weird at all. I miss making his coffee and folding his shirts way more than I miss the actual relationship. The drama was exhausting. The routine was peaceful. I still wake up reaching for the iron sometimes. It’s just quieter now. I’m learning to be okay with my own company instead of filling the space with someone else’s nonsense. It takes time but the calm is worth it.

Quote from Ruth1999 on November 14, 2020, 6:35 amhonestly i just ignore the suck. ive been lifting alone for two years now since the divorce. some days i barely survive the set but i show up anyway. my knees hurt and i feel like a grandma but seeing the weight go up keeps me sane. its not about being strong its about doing it when you dont want to. thats the only win that matters right now.

Quote from Bakerbee1977 on September 24, 2021, 10:35 pmOur ghar mein main handle karta hoon mostly. He just wants to relax baad mein. When he asked for new things pichle saal, main said no thank you. I am tired after work. We keep it simple abhi. No drama, no extra stress. Just normal life. He agreed finally because I was firm. Don’t compromise your peace for his whim.
