What's your spiritual practice?
Quote from Twinklewhisper on March 28, 2026, 6:07 pmI feel this. Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

Quote from Ivoryharp on April 8, 2026, 2:36 amnah just go. i always use busy work as an excuse to skip but regret it later. my family gathers every weekend so i try to squeeze in a quick session before them. keeps the stress down. even twenty minutes is better than nothing. dont overthink it. just put on your shoes and go. you will feel better after.

Quote from Pam1992 on January 11, 2025, 2:17 pmHappens to me all the time. I switched to a heavy duty detergent and added a cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle. Also stopped letting wet clothes sit in the machine. Usually put them right in the dryer. Makes a huge difference. My old stuff smelled like a swamp till i did that. Now it just smells like clean cotton. Try the vinegar trick first its cheap and works.

Quote from Wildflower1981 on January 11, 2025, 2:17 pmNot weird at all. I miss making his coffee and folding his shirts way more than I miss the actual relationship. The drama was exhausting. The routine was peaceful. I still wake up reaching for the iron sometimes. It’s just quieter now. I’m learning to be okay with my own company instead of filling the space with someone else’s nonsense. It takes time but the calm is worth it.

Quote from Brooklead on September 26, 2025, 7:33 ami literally just drink so much water and take a huge scoop of magnesium glycinate before bed. sitting all day kills my digestion for sure. also force myself to walk for 10 mins every 2 hours even if i dont wanna get up. its annoying but it keeps things moving. try peppermint tea too if you cant sleep.

Quote from scarletstone on February 25, 2025, 9:08 ami get this too. even when i sleep eight or nine hours, my jaw just drops. it’s annoying. i usually just push through it because it’s socially awkward to keep yawning. sometimes i drink an extra cup of coffee to feel awake but honestly it’s just a weird habit for me now. i don’t think i do anything specific to fix it. just ignore it.

Quote from MeadowsoIL on February 25, 2025, 9:08 amSach? I miss it too. Honestly, In India we say marriage is long, but first year was pure magic. Now? Just bills and Kids ka homework. My husband is like roommate now. No dates, just grocery runs. I make effort to dress up sometimes just for me tho. Small things like coffee date without kids helps. We try Sunday breakfast out once a month. It keeps something alive tbh.

Quote from Kelly1974 on April 30, 2025, 12:09 pmi drink a cup of nettle tea before bed and keep my room pitch black. also stop scrolling right before sleep, the blue light messes with your rest. i noticed once i stopped eating heavy meals late at night, i wake up way more refreshed. try drinking a big glass of water first thing in the morning too, dehydration hides as fatigue sometimes.

Quote from Lichenstream on April 10, 2025, 7:14 pmi dont believe in auras but i know what burnout feels like. if you cant function through your day its exhaustion not a spiritual crisis. i took a mental health day this week just to sleep and eat real food. no screens. you need rest not a cleanse. drop whatever isnt urgent and go lie down. your body is screaming at you to stop. listen to it.
