same here. just got back from my third move in two years so i know the drill. honestly i just load everything into labeled bins and dont overthink it. my husband handles the heavy lifting while i manage the chaos of keeping the kids calm in the car. it sucks but we do what we gotta do. counting down the days until we actually unpack everything for real.

mija honestly it’s the sugar crash fr. im always gulping those iced lattes after gym bc i think im deprived lol. but then like two hours later im dead. try drinking water first before reaching for the sweet things. also make sure ur actually eating enough protein cause my body was starving itself then wondering why i had no energy. rest days are real too girl dont be a martyr.

nah its actually pretty normal but yeah it can be awkward if ur rushing lol i just tell him to chill and let me take the lead. I swear, if hes too sensitive i make him wait or switch it up. dont let him rush u tho. communication is key like u gotta tell him to back off if its uncomfortable. dont feel bad about it tho.

Oh honey that sounds awful. I quit the treadmill years ago. My knees just couldn’t take it anymore. Now I walk around the park near my house. Much nicer. Fresh air and sunshine. Try lowering the incline or speed. Or just stop. No point hurting yourself. Drink some water too. Feel better.

Honestly same here. I used to force myself to meditate for twenty minutes every morning and it just felt like another item on my to, do list. Now I just read one chapter of a book before bed. No pressure, no timer, just me and the story. If I miss a night, I dont sweat it. It stopped feeling like a chore once I stopped treating it like a performance and just kept it ridiculously low stakes.

beta honestly its so funny. Omg, my husband used to say same thing after 5 years. i just told him stop guessing and start asking. now we have proper schedule for intimacy. he thinks im strict but at least he knows what i want. dont let him call it demanding. call it clear communication. he needs to wake up and listen not just complain.

nah that sounds like he’s just trying to get away with being rude. Omg, i just tell my partner straight up that his tone is disrespectful and i won’t tolerate it. if he gets defensive then i know he’s not listening. i walk away until he can speak to me with basic respect. you’re not too sensitive for wanting to be treated right.

honestly i just chuckle and say no thanks. i need a solid block of quiet to actually decompress. five minutes feels like a blink. sometimes he wants to talk though so i just say lets talk over dinner later. i force a little boundary without making it huge. my brain still feels foggy from grading so i really need that space. just be upfront about needing downtime.

bro i do the exact same thing. if its sitting in the fridge i just eat it. my husband hates it but i dont care. its free food lol. sometimes i hide the good stuff in the back so he cant find it. we laugh about it now but yeah leftovers are mine if im hungry. dont overthink it just eat what u want.
