Quote from boldheart on January 7, 2024, 8:36 pmI feel this. Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

Quote from oceanwaves1999 on October 25, 2024, 12:14 amYeah I get that. My back is wrecked every night. I stop and breathe before I lift them off the ground. Keep em low. Also stretch my hamstrings before bed or I cant sleep. Just drink water and ice it later. Dont try to power through the pain or youll be out for a week.

Quote from softpetal1977 on July 22, 2024, 6:10 amOmg I feel you. Ngl, Honest truth, it’s not the fabric, it’s your dryer. I stopped putting that basket in the dryer long ago. That lint trap holds onto moisture and bacteria like crazy. Now I just leave mine out to air dry or throw in a tennis ball to circulate air. Also make sure you’re using enough detergent, gym clothes get super sweaty. Mira si te ayuda.

Quote from Crimsonlinen on November 13, 2024, 11:28 amLook I stopped trying to be spiritual all the time. It felt like work. Now I just drink water and walk outside. If I need to reset I sit quietly for five mins. No chanting no crystals. Just breathing. My peace comes from boundaries not rituals. Keep it simple. Rest when tired. Ignore the pressure to be enlightened. You dont owe anyone your energy.

Quote from MountainMom on September 2, 2024, 9:54 amHonestly im just resting. For real, Like sleeping until my body stops screaming. I stopped trying to be productive or fix everything overnight. My therapist told me to treat myself like I had the flu, so thats what I do. Drink agua, nap in the day, eat whatever sounds good even if its junk food. You cant pour from an empty cup so just let yourself be useless for now. Take it one hour at a time.

Quote from Rachel1974 on January 25, 2024, 12:47 amsame here honestly. i keep blaming it on getting older but my pms has been straight up weird lately. bloated as hell and tired af even after sleeping. i finally went to the doc and got my thyroid checked too. turns out my levels were kinda off. might wanna just get checked out tho bc hormones can be wild at this age. dont just assume its aging.

Quote from Freedream1975 on April 26, 2024, 2:14 amHonestly just tell him to stop. Ive been with my husband for eight years and we move constantly so i dont have time for drama. If he cant leave his ex in the past then hes not ready. I wouldnt even listen anymore if he brought it up twice. Just shut it down firmly. You deserve better than that baggage.

Quote from Cottonbeck on January 5, 2026, 6:57 amHonestly yeah i cancelled headspace last year. saved the money and just sit on my balcony with my phone in another room. 10 mins of staring at the void works just as well. apps are just a business model targeting anxious professionals. plus the constant notifications reminding you to meditate is ironic at best. keep it simple.

Quote from ridgespring on April 8, 2026, 2:36 amI just started throwing mine out. Waste is cheaper than the headache. If he wants lunch he can make it. I used to nag about it too but honestly I’m done fighting over food scraps. My sanity is worth more than a decent container of pasta. Just live with it or toss it.
