i totally get it honestly. sometimes my body just feels like it clocked out for the day and my brain is stuck in overdrive. i just tell him straight up that i need zero pressure. usually we just cuddle or play on our phones until i actually feel present again. if i fake it or force it its worse. gotta protect my peace first or it turns into a chore and nobody wants that vibe.

Honey same here. I use one of those weekly pill boxes now. My daughter helped me set it up on Sunday night so I dont have to think about it during the week. If i miss a day i just dont take it and move on. Getting older is exhausting enough without worrying about little plastic bottles. Just keep it simple.

uff girl me too my husband installed a baby gate in the living room but they still find ways to sneak in. now i just keep my dumbbells in the bedroom closet and do squats there. if they touch my yoga mat im done yelling so loud my neighbors probably hear it. honestly its so exhausting trying to maintain peace while working out. maybe i should just join a gym outside home.

omg i feel u. honestly ive just stopped overcomplicating it. i wash my face with cetaphil, put on cerave moisturizer, and thats it. no fancy serums or masks. sometimes my skin just needs a break all the products. drink more water too because dehydration makes it worse for real. hang in there sis it gets better.

Honestly that’s just rude. My husband says the same sometimes bc my mom was a different era. I just tell him to stop comparing. I cook what tastes good to me now. Sometimes it’s simpler. If he doesn’t like it he can make it himself. Seriously don’t let it get to you.

omg seriously?? five minutes is barely enough time to settle in. my bf does this too and lowkey it’s kinda stressful. i just tell him i’m not ready yet and need to actually relax first. feels like a race sometimes. if he keeps pushing i’d honestly be confused bc like come on. give us a second to breathe ykno

same here honestly. i eat a heavy breakfast then crash hard. started bringing a little protein snack to work instead of waiting for lunch. also i realized i drink like two coffees before 10am which is def part of it. just forced myself to stop caffeine after 11 and it helped a bit. still tired but not dead lol.

My husband works construction so he crashes hard around 2pm. Tbh, I used to think something was wrong with me too. Then I started napping. Just twenty minutes on the couch while the kids play. Wake up grumpy at first but then the rest of evening is fine. Drinking five cups of coffee doesn't fix it. Try shutting your eyes.

same here. just moved again so my endo is whatever. labs say im fine but i feel like crap. i just drink tonns of water and try to nap whenever the kids are down. its a mess. dont let the dr dismiss you if u still feel wrecked push back. i took coq10 last week and felt slightly less dead. good luck

Ugh that sounds so frustrating. My guy did the same thing, calling me crazy for wanting to talk while he was just scrolling on his phone. I stopped trying to fix it. I just told him I need him to be present or I’m gonna take my energy elsewhere. If he stays distant, mirror that. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking you’re too much when he’s putting in zero effort. Keep it real with yourself.
