honestly i stopped keeping score years ago. now i just buy myself flowers and go get lunch with my best friend. we laugh about it over coffee. he gets the silent treatment until he remembers next time. dont waste your energy crying over it. treat yourself instead. my husband forgot our 30th too. i just changed the subject and ordered pizza. life goes on.

fr that is wild. For real, like say it louder for the people in the back. i just tell him exactly what i want and how i want it. no games. if he doesnt like it hes not trying hard enough. my guy knows his place and knows how to please me because i made it clear years ago. keep that energy. dont let him gaslight you into thinking ur needs are too much.

Stop doing 45 min sessions. My knees gave out from that. Now i do 20 min walks after dinner. Just move. Hydrate more too. Dehydration makes u feel like crap after exercise. Drink water before and after. Simple. Dont overcomplicate it. If u feel worse check form or intensity. Lower weight. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Girl same. I look at him and my brain just goes offline. I say baby not tonight I can barely lift my head off the pillow. He actually started getting the hint after I threatened to move to the guest room every night. Now we do like twice a week and I feel like a better person about it. Rest is priority rn.

i literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

Honestly just tell him to stop. Ive been with my husband for eight years and we move constantly so i dont have time for drama. If he cant leave his ex in the past then hes not ready. I wouldnt even listen anymore if he brought it up twice. Just shut it down firmly. You deserve better than that baggage.

Man that is rough. Honestly, Honestly we do a chore chart every Sunday night. Pretty much treats it like work shifts. He got the evening shift until 8 then I take over. It ain't always perfect but it helps split the mental load. If he ghosts his shift we talk about it the next day no yelling just facts. You gotta set boundaries early or it never changes.

honestly for me its the post workout crash after eating. i used to skip snacks right after gym and then nap for 3 hours. now i force myself to eat protein within 30 mins of finishing. also make sure ur drinking water not just during but after too. dehydration hits different when u sweat that much. try eating something small immediately and see if it helps u feel less wiped out the next day.

hey girl. my aunt had a scare too. i just sat with her and held her hand while she cried. we didnt talk. just let the tears come. its okay to fall apart. take your time. im holding space for you. hope u feel a lil lighter soon. sending big hugs to u and your fam. stay strong but also be gentle with yourself.

yeah its crazy. I catch myself staring in the mirror wondering where the last five years went. My knees click now when i wake up. ive just started accepting it. drink water walk sit outside. dont fight it too hard cause you just get tired. my grandma said aging is a privilege but right now all i feel is tired lol.
