honestly yeah. im just hitting the gym hard rn. nothing fixes my spiraling like lifting heavy weights til i cant breathe. then i go home, eat some good food from abuela, and watch trash tv. simple routine. not trying to be spiritual or anything just need to shut my brain off for a bit. its kinda loud in here sometimes.

omg mija stop crying i know it feels awful but breathe. when i had my mammogram scare i just ate tacos and watched telenovelas to distract myself. dont google symptoms its a nightmare. just rest and let the hormones settle. we are strong mothers ya know? call me if you need to vent more pero no more tears okay?

uff girl me too my husband installed a baby gate in the living room but they still find ways to sneak in. now i just keep my dumbbells in the bedroom closet and do squats there. if they touch my yoga mat im done yelling so loud my neighbors probably hear it. honestly its so exhausting trying to maintain peace while working out. maybe i should just join a gym outside home.

honestly same. i just go to stretch and scroll tiktok while sitting on the bench. half the machines are broken anyway so might as well chill. my arms are thick enough from carrying groceries and all my kids. yall spend twenty bucks to sit on a treadmill watching netflix? wild. i’d rather save the cash for lunch.

my knees are wrecked too especially after long services. i usually ice them right after and take a couple ibuprofen. being an athlete doesnt protect me from aging joints lol. seriously though just rest them and don't push it the next day. i learned that the hard way.

I walked away from the gym too. Water retention and cortisol are real messes. I started doing yoga in my living room instead. No mirrors, no scales, just moving. It took months to feel normal again. Your body is stressed, not broken. Give it peace, not punishment. Focus on how you sleep and eat. The weight will sort itself out when you stop fighting it.

Oh honey it is real. I swear, I got diagnosed at 52 and my husband thought I was just getting old. Lord knows I ain't. I take my meds, stretch in the morning, and rest when my body screams. It’s a drag but you’re not crazy. Keep going sister.

honestly just keep it stupid simple. military life is stressful enough without trying to figure out a ten, step routine. i stick to ceraface cleanser, moisturizer, and spf 50. thats it. if my skin looks trash i just sleep it off. stop overthinking it. complicated routines are a trap. consistency beats intensity every time. just wash your face and slather on sunscreen. really.

Yeah they do that every month. I just started going at 6 am before anyone else shows up so there's no wait. Or I do my own workout at home with dumbbells. Stop letting them dictate your peace. If the class is canceled for the third time this week maybe just find a different gym. My sanity is worth more than their incompetence.

he’s prob just high on the smoke lol. i burn white sage daily to clear my space so i always carry that scent. it’s not pheromones men it’s respect for the medicine. if he can’t handle the realness of your practice then he’s not right for you. don’t let him make you feel weird about your traditions. keep smudging.
