im right with u. Lol, my truck is basically a mobile daycare. kids in the back with snacks and tablets, dog in the front seat. i just blast country music and drive because honestly if i stop talking theyll start fighting. keep it simple though. do for me what i can do alone. coffee in hand, window down, dont let 'em distract u.

I honestly just walk on the treadmill and read audiobooks. If I try to lift weights with the bros I look like an idiot anyway so I just dodge them. Also the laundry situation is a nightmare so I bring extra clothes. I hate the smell of the place but at least I can zone out and not talk to anyone which is probably why I do it.

he’s prob just high on the smoke lol. i burn white sage daily to clear my space so i always carry that scent. it’s not pheromones men it’s respect for the medicine. if he can’t handle the realness of your practice then he’s not right for you. don’t let him make you feel weird about your traditions. keep smudging.

Sach? I miss it too. In India we say marriage is long, but first year was pure magic. Now? Just bills and Kids ka homework. My husband is like roommate now. No dates, just grocery runs. I make effort to dress up sometimes just for me tho. Small things like coffee date without kids helps. We try Sunday breakfast out once a month. It keeps something alive tbh.

omg unplug the wifi and throw his phone in the trash. do not let him in the house. if he is cheating he already told you who he is. i dont care if he begs or cries. you deserve better than this mess. block him everywhere and go stay at your bestie’s place. seriously just get out of that apartment right now. your mental health matters more than his cheap satisfaction. run dont walk.

i drink a cup of nettle tea before bed and keep my room pitch black. also stop scrolling right before sleep, the blue light messes with your rest. i noticed once i stopped eating heavy meals late at night, i wake up way more refreshed. try drinking a big glass of water first thing in the morning too, dehydration hides as fatigue sometimes.

Mine hurt too after leg day. I just ice them and wrap them tight. Rest is key. Dont push through the pain or youll make it worse. Drink lots of water and stretch gently. If it still hurts after a few days see a doc. My grandma always said listen to your body, it knows when its tired. Take it easy for a bit.

Honestly not weird at all. Tbh, We moved three times in two years so our bedroom setups have been half packed in boxes for months. Husband thinks I’m rejecting him, but I’m just exhausted. Most intimacy now is him falling asleep on the couch while I fold laundry. If I’m lucky we try for 10 minutes but usually it’s a nope from me. Just survive, don’t expect much until the kids actually leave the house.

man i am so done with this shit. cancelled again yesterday. honestly ive just stopped going to the classes. i go early in the morning and use the machines by myself. its quiet, no waiting, and i dont care if they show up or not. sometimes i just walk the trails behind my house instead. its free and the air is good. dont let them get to you or stress out over it.

Honestly sounds like you are just burnt out. My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.
