honest truth is i stopped trying to touch my toes years ago too. my hips are stiff and my back just says no. i switched to gentle yoga and walking instead. feels good enough for me at 68. dont sweat it gal. we get stiffer but we still move.

same here. the humidity is brutal rn. i literally just put ice packs on my wrists and neck for like ten min before bed. also run the shower really cold until the pipes get freezing then turn it off and climb in. it actually helps me stay asleep longer since my body temp drops. good luck staying awake lol. going to try the fan trick again tonight.

honestly yeah. im just hitting the gym hard rn. nothing fixes my spiraling like lifting heavy weights til i cant breathe. then i go home, eat some good food from abuela, and watch trash tv. simple routine. not trying to be spiritual or anything just need to shut my brain off for a bit. its kinda loud in here sometimes.

Honestly im just resting. For real, Like sleeping until my body stops screaming. I stopped trying to be productive or fix everything overnight. My therapist told me to treat myself like I had the flu, so thats what I do. Drink agua, nap in the day, eat whatever sounds good even if its junk food. You cant pour from an empty cup so just let yourself be useless for now. Take it one hour at a time.

i sleep 7 hours and still feel like a zombie. Honestly, my doctor says i’m fine but my energy is shot. i just drink black coffee and survive on sheer willpower until 3pm. then i crash hard. maybe it’s just age or burnout. i stopped trying to fix it and just accepted my low battery mode. dinner is usually takeout because cooking requires too much effort.

Same. I just walk fast around my neighborhood after clase. No gym, no counting macros, no expensive supplements. Just me and my thoughts. Sometimes I lift heavy boxes at work and thats enough resistance for me. I drink water and try to sleep 7 hours. If I feel like moving, I dance to bad bops in my room. Its not pretty but it keeps me sane. Why overcomplicate it when simply staying alive already takes so much effort?

same here honestly. its just so noisy and chaotic now that i barely have the mental bandwidth to think about it. i have to schedule intimacy like a business meeting which feels incredibly unsexy. my husband gets it tho, we just cuddle more now. not every phase feels romantic but thats totally normal i think.

i literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

nah i think three years is pretty standard for the hickey phase to fade lol. i stopped checking bumble religiously after six months anyway. now its just another utility app i open when i have nothing better to do. the novelty wore off much faster for me but i still swipe when im bored. dont overthink it. itll get mundane

I quit last year. Joined in Jan, went 3 times. Gifted my card to my mom who also doesn't go. Now I just walk the dog aggressively around the block. My calves aren't toned but my bank account is thicker. If you're paying monthly just to sweat guilt, stop. The money feels better than leg day ever did.
