lmao honestly same. Tbh, my momactually laughed when i told her i take magnesium at night. she thinks pills are for old people only but like hey if it helps my anxiety go away she can keep judging me from the sidelines. i just take them in private so she doesnt say anything. trust your gut on this one.

nah its just gravity winning lol. im 38 and my back hurts every morning after coding. eye drops are basically my new skincare routine. used to think sleep was for weak nerds now i need 8 hours or i crash. doesnt feel fast just inevitable. just drink more water and stretch i guess. no big deal really

omg girl same here. I used to hate going solo too but now its my sacred time. I just put on my 90s salsa playlist and pretend the instructor is singing to me. It’s weirdly motivating. Plus no awkward small talk with neighbors who know my business. Just me and the mat vibes. Te entendi, is hard but once you get into it, nada can stop you.

yeah its crazy. I catch myself staring in the mirror wondering where the last five years went. My knees click now when i wake up. ive just started accepting it. drink water walk sit outside. dont fight it too hard cause you just get tired. my grandma said aging is a privilege but right now all i feel is tired lol.

Honestly sounds like you are just burnt out. My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.

yup same. i do high impact stuff so my knees are basically shot. after sunday service i literally have to ice them for an hour straight. it sucks but hey, pain is temporary right. just keep moving and take some ibuprofen if you have to. dont let it stop you from hitting the gym tomorrow. we got this.

Honestly same here. I used to force myself to meditate for twenty minutes every morning and it just felt like another item on my to, do list. Now I just read one chapter of a book before bed. No pressure, no timer, just me and the story. If I miss a night, I dont sweat it. It stopped feeling like a chore once I stopped treating it like a performance and just kept it ridiculously low stakes.

Honey I feel you. I get it too. As soon as I think I am cured, boom, back to bed. I just keep a stash of chicken soup mix and extra blankets ready. I take my vitamins religiously now and try to sleep early. It is annoying but I just ride it out. Drink lots of water and stay warm. Hope you feel better soon love.

I just wear oversized hoodies everywhere. Gym included. If they staring its their problem not mine. I focus on my playlist and ignore the mirrors completely. Sometimes I bring a big bag to cover the reflection too. Honestly why do men even look in mirrors while lifting? Weird. Just keep your head down and do your thing. Their business is none of mine.

yeah that sounds off. i run 3 miles outside daily and i’m fine after. maybe your pace is too high or the incline is tweaked weird. check your form too, shrugging shoulders drains you fast. i just keep it steady, breathe deep, and listen to my body. if it burns out quick, dial it down. dont push through that kind of fatigue.
