Honey I feel you. I just park way back in the lot and walk in slow. Nobody looks at nobody anyway. I wear my old sweat clothes so I dont care what happens. Its just noise and machines. You gotta get used to being uncomfortable at first. Just go do one thing then leave if you need to. Keep it simple.

same here. i thought it was just getting older but my doctor finally ran blood work last month. turned out my thyroid was off. fixed it with meds and honestly feel like a new person. not saying thats ur issue but dont ignore it bc bloating and fatigue are classic signs. good luck.

ive moved every 18 months for work and yeah it kills the vibe. hard to build intimacy when you are busy unpacking boxes or sleeping on an air mattress. my partner and i just stopped trying to plan dates during the first year in a new city. we just ordered takeout and watched movies until things settled down. now we wait until lease renews to start dating again

aaj kal ye sab common hai. me bhi shuru me pareshan hoti thi. par ab main apna time leti hoon. gym, friends, ya bas phone pe baithna. usko pehle se bata doon agar busy hu. ab wo samajhta hai ki mere bina nahi chalega. pressure nahi lena chahiye bhabhi. apna peace maintain karo.

same here, been doing this for months. tried melatonin, hot milk, nothing works. now i just lay in bed awake and scroll through my email since my brain is weirdly clear at 3am. still tired all day but at least i get some work done. honestly just waiting for it to stop on its own. hang in there sis.

I feel this. Last year I hit a wall too. I’m a teacher so I spend all day pouring into others and come home with nothing left. I realized it wasnt laziness, it was just burnout. Now I force myself to rest without guilt. Honestly just taking a nap or doing absolutely nothing for an hour changed everything. Youre not lazy, youre just drained. Be kind to yourself.

Yeah it ain’t just you. My knees sound like crunchy cereal every morning. I started wearing compression sleeves and cutting back on high impact stuff. Yoga helps too but omg the stairs are painful. Just keep moving so they don’t lock up completely. Drink plenty of water and stretch. We’ll be spry forever or at least pretend to be.

Honey I feel you. I get it too. As soon as I think I am cured, boom, back to bed. I just keep a stash of chicken soup mix and extra blankets ready. I take my vitamins religiously now and try to sleep early. It is annoying but I just ride it out. Drink lots of water and stay warm. Hope you feel better soon love.

yeah it is. i limit how many things i say yes to now. last week i just told a parent i cant help with their child after hours. felt so weird saying no but did it anyway. im done carrying everyone else emotional baggage while grading papers. just doing the bare minimum for anyone who isnt my immediate family these days.

Look I got that same knee trouble. Tbh, I just take ibuprofen when I actually need it to move around. Not everyday though. My doctor said its safe in moderation. Also try putting ice on it after work. I keep a bag in the freezer ready to go. Works better than sitting there in pain trying to be tough.
