Quote from sugarplum1987 on February 11, 2026, 6:39 amuff girl me too my husband installed a baby gate in the living room but they still find ways to sneak in. now i just keep my dumbbells in the bedroom closet and do squats there. if they touch my yoga mat im done yelling so loud my neighbors probably hear it. honestly its so exhausting trying to maintain peace while working out. maybe i should just join a gym outside home.

Quote from Bookworm1990 on December 16, 2025, 12:15 pmyeah totally. i stop at 15 mins bc i feel like death after that. used to run easy then figured out my heart is just different now post, divorce and stress. don't push it too hard. if you’re exhausted that fast maybe your form is off or you’re going too fast for your current level. i just walk fast now and it’s enough.

Quote from shoredusk on July 28, 2025, 4:37 amI stopped trying to manifest money long ago. Now I just grind. I budget tight, pick up extra shifts, and invest what I can. If I want a new car I save for it or work a second job. Manifesting felt like waiting for a check that never arrives. Real talk its about action not just vibes. I focus on what I can control today.

Quote from Fogcanyon on October 16, 2025, 10:11 pmDear girl let me tell you something i been doing this same thing since my children started school. I just keep my extra sweater in the car and drink tons of tea. My husband always says i catch colds like crazy. Just rest up dear. Dont push yourself too hard. I learned that the hard way years ago. Sending you big hugs.

Quote from Clothmarsh on August 22, 2026, 10:22 pmit is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?

Quote from Dellfog on September 27, 2025, 5:35 amHaha same here sister. My kids are finally napping so Idc. I just brew a double and sit in silence. Its the only time I remember I exist. If I stop now my brain starts racing anyway. So might as well enjoy it. My husband complains but I tell him shhh. Peace is expensive.

Quote from Lisa1976 on June 29, 2025, 2:52 pmnah not weird at all i work two jobs up here in the hills and by the time i get home i just want to sit on the porch and stare at the mountains. For real, my husband gets it too we are basically roommates sometimes and thats fine. dont let anyone make you feel guilty for being tired. rest is important.

Quote from silvercomparison on September 30, 2025, 8:50 pmomg i relate so hard. my ex did the same thig constantly. i would just make a mental note of every time he said one thing but did another. eventually the pattern became impossible to ignore. if his actions dont match his words then trust the actions. u deserve someone who just shows up consistently without u having to ask or play detective. its exhausting n u rnt alone.

Quote from Softpetal1991 on October 19, 2025, 10:50 amyeah it sucks. i basically stand up for the last 10 mins of every zoom to reset. also bought a cheap footrest for my desk setup. helps a lot when you have to sit through 3 hrs of synergy meetings. if its really bad maybe see a doc but mostly its just bad posture combined with sitting too long. my knees click like old floorboards honestly
