Quote from meadowhope on August 11, 2026, 2:57 pmyeah it is. i limit how many things i say yes to now. last week i just told a parent i cant help with their child after hours. felt so weird saying no but did it anyway. im done carrying everyone else emotional baggage while grading papers. just doing the bare minimum for anyone who isnt my immediate family these days.

Quote from Moonspeed on December 26, 2025, 3:23 pmdefinitely real. Omg, i’m 36 in tech, sit 10 hours a day, and got diagnosed last year. my doctor said it’s nerve sensitivity not just aging. i started doing gentle yoga and fixing my posture at work. helps a bit. don’t ignore it, get blood work done to rule out other stuff first. honestly the fatigue is the worst part, more than the pain.

Quote from Dreamer1981 on March 25, 2026, 6:47 amugh yes. i got divorced last year and started running to process stuff. after my first 5k i literally sat on the curb gasping like i was having a heart attack. thought i was gonna drop dead. took me weeks to build up stamina im not gonna lie. just drink water and give it time.

Quote from Starlabor on July 13, 2025, 10:03 ammire, es pura verguenza ajena i miedo de ser judged. Me siento ridiula carrying 15lbs when everyone else lifts 50. Plus, my ego says i look strong but cant prove it. La primer week was brutal. Now just show up, grab the dumbbell, and ignore the gym bros staring. No hay drama, solo sudor. Si te da pena, hazlo en casa first.

I just take electrolytes and tons of water then nap. Honestly its the worst feeling. Im literally sick right now after finally feeling human for like two days. Why do we do this to ourselves lol. Hang in there sis.

Quote from margaret2000 on April 24, 2026, 5:11 pmstress drains the spirit first then the body feels it. i get that emptiness often. lately i just sit outside for 10 mins every morning no phone just watching birds or leaves move. helps reset my nervous system. also drinking more water and walking without headphones. sometimes we overthink when we just need to move or breathe. try stepping away from screens for an hour.

Quote from BoldPearl on January 6, 2026, 11:33 ammine died last month too. i just called a guy from yelp who specializes in home gyms. he came out same day and said it was just the belt tensioning. cost me like a hundred bucks. honestly much cheaper than buying new one. do u have warranty? might save u some cash

Quote from Jenny1992 on April 4, 2026, 2:16 pmi sleep 7 hours and still feel like a zombie. my doctor says i’m fine but my energy is shot. i just drink black coffee and survive on sheer willpower until 3pm. then i crash hard. maybe it’s just age or burnout. i stopped trying to fix it and just accepted my low battery mode. dinner is usually takeout because cooking requires too much effort.

Quote from Wondernote on September 7, 2025, 3:26 pmhonestly same. ive stopped trying to meditate every morning and guilt myself for missing days. now i just do what feels doable. sometimes its five minutes of breathing, other times its napping. im done performing spirituality. i teach second grade so i deal with chaos all day, im not adding mental load. just be kind to yourself.
