third period is out of control and i need a minute

my lesson plan for tomorrow just got completely messed up because the fire alarm went off for no reason at 1:15 today. we had to drill in the parking lot in the cold and now i cant focus on anything else. does anyone else get that one small thing ruins the whole rest of the day?
