Aura is just a fancy word for burnout. I stare at my spreadsheet at 7pm and feel like a ghost haunting my own kitchen. Sleep helps. Also eating something that isnt granola. If you cant look in the mirror without screaming maybe take the day off. Work does not care if you glow.

same girl. i swear my treadmill is worse than my ex. i started walking backwards on it just to mess with my brain and its actually working. also watching trash tv while i do it so i dont have to think about the monotony. if you feel like your gonna puke just stop. dont push through it. my knees already hate me enough. also chicago winter makes me wanna never leave the house so this is my compromise.

same here. standing 8 hrs for work made my arches scream. i just swap to orthopedic inserts, not the cheap ones from mall. works way better. also try evening foot soak with epsom salt, helps reduce swelling after long shift. dont push through pain or it turns into plantar fasciitis. trust me, learned the hard way last year.

Honestly I just sit on the bench with my coffee and watch. They can climb the whole structure without me. I tried running around too when they were little but my knees gave out. Now I just yell if they get stuck. My back hurts enough from carrying groceries. Let them be independent already. I need to rest, not play.

I do the same thing lol. Hot water is sacred healing after dealing with kids and work all day. If he needs that reset time to just be quiet and clean, let him have it. I usually go in after him so the bathroom stays warm. Just enjoy your own peace while he’s in there. It’s not about control, it’s about survival.

same here. i stretch every nite but my hamstrings are rock. it’s wild how fast the body changes. i just accept it now and focus on keeping my back loose so i dont hurt myself. 45 feels young but the joints say otherwise. at least mine still work lol.

fr fr nothing irritates me more. i just wear oversized hoodies and huge headphones to block out the world. if a guy gets too close i make direct eye contact until he looks away. most of them are too dumb to keep it up. also dont be afraid to call them out if they get creepy. safety first but dont let them ruin your workout vibe

I switch to walking shoes for service instead of my heels. Saves my joints. Also ibuprofen 30 mins before we leave. Dont wait till its too late. My knees sound like popcorn when I stand up if I dont prep. Just trying to stay mobile so I can keep up with my grandkids. Yall know the drill.

stress drains the spirit first then the body feels it. i get that emptiness often. lately i just sit outside for 10 mins every morning no phone just watching birds or leaves move. helps reset my nervous system. also drinking more water and walking without headphones. sometimes we overthink when we just need to move or breathe. try stepping away from screens for an hour.

Mine hurt too after leg day. Ngl, I just ice them and wrap them tight. Rest is key. Dont push through the pain or youll make it worse. Drink lots of water and stretch gently. If it still hurts after a few days see a doc. My grandma always said listen to your body, it knows when its tired. Take it easy for a bit.
