Quote from boldlookout on March 31, 2026, 4:46 pmbasit, true feeling like garbage is not normal. I am 58 now, body pain starts after breakfast. But I walk in park every morning with chai in hand. Doctor says keep moving. Sar ka bhari pareshani? Forget it. Just eat good food and sleep well. No drama please. Life continues, we just have to adjust our chappal and keep walking.

Quote from Bold197521 on March 12, 2026, 11:35 amyeah totally. For real, you never really relax when you know your lease is up in six months. i got tired of the drama so i stayed put for three years. finally got into a routine and a bf showed up. moving every other year just feels like you are on probation somewhere. hard to invite anyone over when you are half packed

Quote from Diane1994 on August 28, 2025, 2:48 amYeah honestly happens more than u think. Im tired all the time from work and school so sometimes i just pass out. Not gonna lie it feels weird at first but my partner doesnt mind. Just make sure he knows u rnt tryna be rude tho. Maybe try switching it up for an night or just tell him ur exhausted. No big deal really happens to everyone

Quote from embersleet on June 23, 2026, 6:02 pmHonestly yeah i cancelled headspace last year. saved the money and just sit on my balcony with my phone in another room. 10 mins of staring at the void works just as well. apps are just a business model targeting anxious professionals. plus the constant notifications reminding you to meditate is ironic at best. keep it simple.

Quote from susan1977 on March 21, 2026, 9:29 pmYeah honey I been there. My knees dont stop hurting and I catch myself staring at the neighbors house wondering who is inside. So I started walking the track at my church twice a day. Just walking yall. No talking. It helps clear my head. Also tried those little pickle snacks at the drugstore weirdly they hit the spot. Be kind to yourself mama.

Quote from sunnyleaf on August 25, 2025, 12:38 pmhey sis i feel this. my body shuts down then too. usually means im dehydrated or skipped lunch. i eat a heavy meal with protein and fat around one so the crash doesnt hit. also drink water all day not just coffee. if its not food check sleep. im grounded in my routine helps. get some rest.

Quote from Fogtriumph on June 16, 2026, 8:21 pmYeah it’s super isolating. I just go in with huge noise cancelling headphones and try to invisibly blend into the background. My routine is strictly chest and back so i don’t have to interact with anyone. If someone accidentally bumps into my rack i just grunt and move away. id rather be home reading anyway lol. gym socializing feels forced and unnecessary. just power through and leave.

Quote from misterrand on September 1, 2025, 9:57 pmHonestly sounds like you are just burnt out. My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.

Quote from Jean1965 on November 11, 2025, 12:53 amlmao honestly same. my momactually laughed when i told her i take magnesium at night. she thinks pills are for old people only but like hey if it helps my anxiety go away she can keep judging me from the sidelines. i just take them in private so she doesnt say anything. trust your gut on this one.

Quote from Christina1985 on August 20, 2026, 3:40 pmomg same. just sit cross legged on a folded blanket instead of floor. keeps hips higher so less pressure on tailbone. i use old yoga mats cut up as extra cushions too. dont force posture if pain is there. just breathe and let body find comfort wherever that is today. sometimes less is more tbh.
