spiritual practices for busy people??
so i'm really trying to fit some spiritual stuff into my day but between work and taking my son to soccer practice i feel like i have zero time. i saw a post about a pooja corner and that's inspiring but maybe something more portable? anyone have simple things they do that don't take forever? i’m willing to try anything, even if it’s just for 5 minutes.
