so tired need energy tips
Quote from pearllock on September 19, 2020, 10:38 pmhey ladies im so wiped out lately. think it started after the last move. been trying to get to the gym but its hard with the kids always needing something. went to target yesterday to grab some snacks and honestly felt like i needed a nap just walking the aisles. spent like fifty bucks on fruit snacks and yogurt. its almost 9pm now and i still have laundry to fold. feel like a zombie. anyone have any quick tips or like a go-to energy drink that doesnt taste gross?

Quote from Helen44 on September 25, 2020, 1:36 pm@pearllock I hear you. Between the move and the little ones, I'm running on fumes too. Did you manage to get any sleep last night?

Quote from kelly1975 on September 28, 2020, 10:35 pm@pearllock You know, I find a really good cup of coffee in the morning helps a little, even if it's just instant.
