so tired help with dinner ideas
Quote from Wingconquest on April 2, 2019, 7:42 ami am just so done with thinking about dinner. it was 5:30 and i still had laundry to fold from this morning and Leo needed new socks, the ones from Target are already ripped. i thought maybe pasta but we had that monday. then pizza but the kids had pizza yesterday at school. i don't even have anything defrosting. i looked at the grocery store app but it's all so expensive now. does anyone have any super easy ideas for tonight that don't require a lot of prep?

Quote from indigobrass on April 5, 2019, 1:48 pmOMG @Wingconquest, the sock thing is SO real. My youngest goes through them like water. I'm thinking frozen pizza tonight, no shame. Easier than thinking.

Quote from pamela932 on April 6, 2019, 12:27 pmPasta is usually my go-to when I'm wiped, but then you have to make a sauce. I'm leaning towards breakfast for dinner, like scrambled eggs and toast. Quick and easy.

Quote from Blufffern on April 8, 2019, 6:30 pmTotally relate to the dinner dread! I'm staring into the fridge like it'll magically make food. Might just do grilled cheese and tomato soup. My kids always eat that.

Quote from Lauren682 on April 11, 2019, 1:33 pm@Wingconquest sheet pan meals are lifesavers. I just threw some chicken thighs and broccoli on a pan with some olive oil and seasonings yesterday. So easy!

Quote from Linda806 on April 13, 2019, 1:26 pmFrozen pizza is a fantastic idea, @Wingconquest. No shame at all! I might do that this week too. My oven needs to preheat for like ten minutes though.

Quote from Bold75 on April 13, 2019, 8:36 pmBreakfast for dinner is genius, @Wingconquest. I made pancakes last Tuesday because I couldn't think of anything else. My husband was a little confused.

Quote from Dorothy1974 on April 15, 2019, 1:28 pmGrilled cheese and tomato soup is a classic for a reason, @Wingconquest. My oldest will only eat the condensed soup, so I have to remember to grab that kind.
