Quote from Christina31 on November 6, 2019, 2:16 amAnother day. Got up at 6 am, made breakfast for the kids, packed lunches. Dropped them at school by 8. Then work. My job is fine, pays the bills, but it's draining. Came home, made dinner, helped with homework. Now it's 10 pm and I still have laundry to fold. And my back is killing me. Went to cvs yesterday, spent 50 dollars on aspirin and heating pads. I just feel like I'm running on empty all the time. What do you all do to get more energy?

Quote from Leafstream on November 9, 2019, 8:55 amSeriously @Christina31, the morning routine alone sounds exhausting. I can barely get myself out the door on time most days.

Quote from Diana1973 on November 10, 2019, 5:31 am@Christina31 Same here with the work drain. By the time I get home, the last thing I want to think about is dinner. Wish I could just order pizza every night.

Quote from pinehope on November 12, 2019, 4:04 pmOh goodness @Christina31, making breakfast and lunches before work. My kids are older now, but I remember those mornings. It's a lot.

Quote from Pamela62 on November 15, 2019, 3:12 pm@Christina31 That 6 am wake-up, ugh. Mine are 7 and 10, so I'm still doing the breakfast rush. I swear the coffee barely kicks in before I'm out the door.

Quote from vineparting on November 18, 2019, 6:26 am@Christina31 I feel you on the work drain. It’s like by 5 pm my brain is completely fried. I usually end up throwing something easy together for dinner, like pasta.

Quote from sandy58 on November 19, 2019, 11:32 pm@Christina31 Seriously, the morning chaos. My youngest still needs help getting dressed, and it adds at least ten minutes. I wish I had an extra hour in the morning.

Quote from silkinsurance on November 22, 2019, 4:45 pm@Christina31 Ordering pizza sounds like a dream! My husband always wants something "healthy," so I end up making a whole production out of dinner even when I'm dead tired.
