Quote from RubyGrove on December 21, 2025, 6:15 amsame here honestly. its just so noisy and chaotic now that i barely have the mental bandwidth to think about it. i have to schedule intimacy like a business meeting which feels incredibly unsexy. my husband gets it tho, we just cuddle more now. not every phase feels romantic but thats totally normal i think.

Quote from Theresa1978 on September 27, 2025, 12:22 amHonestly sounds like you are just burnt out. Ngl, My aura isn’t broken either, just tired. I wake up early for fajr pray then rush kids to school. After work I cook for everyone because mom always says food is love. Now I sit on couch staring at phone. If I don’t sleep 8 hours my face gets pale and I snap at husband. Just rest already.

Quote from MossmountaIN on August 3, 2025, 10:23 amI stopped trying to manifest shit like three posts ago. Now I just grind. We move every two years anyway so nothing stays static. I focus on survival, not vibes. Last month I wanted a promotion and got a DS TR instead lol. Manifestation feels like voodoo when you are grounded in reality. Just do the work and hope for the best.

Quote from Honeydew1996 on February 11, 2025, 1:14 amHonestly same here. My guy works long hours too and comes home completely drained. I learned to just not make it a big deal. Sometimes we cuddle and call it a day. Other times he showers and we try later when hes a bit more rested. Just accept it and focus on other ways to connect like cooks dinner together or watching a show. No pressure is key for us.

Quote from soft1963 on May 2, 2026, 10:24 pmfr bro is he alive lol i usually say let me grab my purse first cuz that’s my polite way of saying no without being rude. also check if he’s just rushing to get home. my ex did that. u know the drill. keep it casual and see if he walks u to ur car or just stands there staring. red flag if hes clocking the whole date like its a pit stop.

Quote from Dustcertificate on April 6, 2026, 3:57 pmi tell him if he wants it done his way he do it himself. Honestly, we sit down and split chores right down the middle. no thank yous just duty. if i cook he cleans. if i fold he loads laundry. stop treating him like a guest. he lives here too. my tribal ways teach balance so i enforce it. if he complains i let him complain while i relax. his loss.

Quote from Donna1973 on January 29, 2026, 12:20 amSach? I miss it too. In India we say marriage is long, but first year was pure magic. Now? Just bills and Kids ka homework. My husband is like roommate now. No dates, just grocery runs. I make effort to dress up sometimes just for me tho. Small things like coffee date without kids helps. We try Sunday breakfast out once a month. It keeps something alive tbh.

Quote from bridgetempo on March 8, 2026, 8:56 amhonestly same vibe. my man keeps pushing stuff i just do not have energy for anymore. i told him straight up that i am tapped out. sometimes you just gotta say no to the new thing and protect your peace. i spent last weekend just sitting by the river refreshing myself. if you do not want it, do not do it. boundaries save marriages. he needs to accept where you are at right now.
