it's 11:30 pm and the toddler just decided 8 pm was the time for a full-on tantrum because the goldfish cracker count was off. Then the baby coughed for an hour straight. I finally got them both down but now my brain is buzzing. Probably from the drive-thru coffee I grabbed at 3 pm from that Starbucks near Target. I have to get up at 5:30 am to pack lunches. Anyone else just permanently exhausted and wondering if sleep is a myth? What do you do when you can't sleep?

@Soccermom1969 Oh man, that sounds like my nightmare fuel. Goldfish cracker count is a thing? I swear I never knew what I was signing up for. Hope you get some rest now.

Ugh, the coughing baby is the worst. I finally figured out a humidifier helped my little one a ton. Fingers crossed for you that it's a quiet night.

Seriously, 11:30 pm is basically the middle of the night already! Toddlers and their logic, right? Mine just yesterday decided bedtime was an excellent time to explain the entire plot of Paw Patrol.

I feel this so hard. Once they're finally down, you just crash. So sorry you had that rough evening. Maybe a warm cup of chamomile tea will help you relax.

@Soccermom1969 Goldfish cracker count! That's a new one for me. Mine has been demanding specific story books lately. Hope you finally get some shut-eye.

Oh, the coughing baby is the worst. My pediatrician recommended a little bit of honey for my oldest when she had that barky cough, but only if they're over one. Hope the humidifier helps!

Paw Patrol plot explanations at bedtime? Ha! Mine is all about the dinosaurs. I swear I know more about T-Rex than I ever needed to. Good luck with the rest of your night.

Chamomile tea is a good call. I usually just grab a handful of chips if I'm up that late, which probably isn't helping. Hope you're getting some peace now.

@Soccermom1969, Paw Patrol plot at bedtime is too real. My little guy goes on and on about Bluey. I usually just nod and hope he falls asleep.
