seriously need new jeans
Quote from MeadowLeaf on April 12, 2019, 1:57 pmit's 9 pm and i'm still in yoga pants. the ones i've had forever are ripped at the knee, and the other pair i bought last year from target cost too much and are already too tight. i'm so tired of feeling like nothing fits right. going shopping feels like a whole production with the kids. maybe old navy? do they even have decent stuff anymore? what's a good place to get jeans that don't cost a fortune and will actually last more than six months?

Quote from Bostonrose on April 15, 2019, 8:44 am@MeadowLeaf Oh man, I totally get it! My favorite pair of jeans from Old Navy are starting to fray at the hem. It's like, what are we supposed to wear?

Quote from Rebecca1984 on April 17, 2019, 5:18 pmUgh, Target jeans can be such a gamble, can't they? I bought a pair last spring that looked amazing in the store, but after one wash, they stretched out like crazy.

Quote from stephanie1971 on April 19, 2019, 5:17 pm@MeadowLeaf I feel you. I'm in my late 40s and it feels impossible to find jeans that fit right and don't feel like cardboard. My current go-to are from a random mall store.

Quote from Catherine97 on April 20, 2019, 1:34 amSeriously though, the struggle is real! I’m holding onto a pair from American Eagle from like, 2015, because they still fit okay. It's sad.

Quote from Rubymere on April 21, 2019, 10:29 pm@MeadowLeaf OMG, the Target ones stretching out is the WORST. Mine did the same thing, I swear they lost their shape after one wear. It's like, why even bother?

Quote from Nina1992 on April 22, 2019, 6:40 pm@MeadowLeaf Yeah, it's tough. My American Eagle ones are ancient too, I'm just wearing them because they're comfortable, even though they're probably not even in style anymore. Makes me miss the days of just buying whatever.
