Quote from rachel1966 on January 26, 2024, 9:31 amMy husband used to think that was plenty till I started scheduling other things. Now we do it twice a week or he gets left out. Not trying to be mean but if you dont prioritize it he will assume its low priority to you too. Communication is key, even if it feels awkward at first. Just set the expectation early.

Quote from madison1970 on August 8, 2024, 9:26 amfr same. i switched to just cerave cleanser and moisturizer only. stopped using all the fancy serums my tita kept telling me to buy. it took like a month to calm down but finally stopped burning my face. sometimes less is more honestly. also try changing your pillowcase every other day cause all that acne bacteria builds up.

Quote from Goldenhour1994 on July 19, 2024, 1:00 amHonestly same. That humidity gets to me every single night. I stopped trying to fight it and just bought those gel cooling pads for the mattress. Works a little better than flipping sheets. Also keep a damp washcloth by the bed and rotate it in the freezer. Not glamorous but it helps me get maybe six hours. Good luck out there.

Quote from Lightdam on November 7, 2024, 11:37 amOMG girl same. Ngl, Mi ankles are huge lately. I think is just the heat or how much I stand all day. Yo mama told me to keep elevating mi pies when resting. Also check if your shoes give u proper support. No es normal pero tampoco es el fin del mundo. Drink more water too because dehydration makes swelling worse. Hope u feel better soon amiga.

Quote from Wiseowl1981 on March 3, 2024, 2:42 pmMira, same here. The gym is a scam for me. I hate the smell, the mirrors, whatever. I just walk. Like, I put on my shoes and walk for 30 minutes while listening to podcasts. No sweating, no judgment. My neighbors think I’m crazy but at least I’m moving, si? Consistency? Please. I do what I can when I can. Some days it’s trash, others I walk more. It’s not perfect but it works for me.

Quote from Evelyn1984 on November 9, 2024, 2:41 pmi literally nod off in my car for ten mins before going home. just sit there and breathe. its the only quiet i get. dont try to be a hero after those meetings. they drain u. so just chill. drink some water. maybe soak your feet if u can. keep it simple. no fancy routines needed. just rest.

Quote from crimsontin on December 28, 2024, 7:23 amHonestly same here. I used to force myself to meditate for twenty minutes every morning and it just felt like another item on my to, do list. Now I just read one chapter of a book before bed. No pressure, no timer, just me and the story. If I miss a night, I dont sweat it. It stopped feeling like a chore once I stopped treating it like a performance and just kept it ridiculously low stakes.

Quote from Lucky1971 on February 26, 2024, 4:02 amdont miss it. i am 46 and my husband and i have been together 20 years. we stopped doing all that fake excitement years ago. now we just chill. watch tv, eat good food, talk about bills. it is peaceful. the honeymoon phase is exhausting. you spend all your energy trying to impress someone. i rather be comfortable and know he is not going anywhere. save your energy for yourself.
