Quote from Azurejay on August 23, 2020, 10:06 pmsister same here. my body feels heavy like lead but rent dont wait. i take paracetamol and keep typing with shaking hands. dont tell boss, just push through. if u faint who will pay bills? drink ginger tea if u can find time. we survive not because we strong but because we have no choice. take one day off max then back to grind.

Quote from Kind1983 on July 1, 2020, 2:07 ami just blocked him and deleted the app. honestly it felt like a relief. i spent three years trying to fix things that werent broken on my end and now im just focusing on myself. no more late night scrolling or wondering if he’s talking to someone else. peace of mind is worth more than any potential match.

Quote from Starblockhouse on December 4, 2021, 9:23 pmHonestly that sounds nasty. Omg, My husband always says I smell like dirt and old coffee after he lets the dogs out. I just dump cheap white wine on my ankles and forget it. If he’s analyzing your scent you should probably find someone less obsessed with weird details. I’m too tired to deal with that kind of nonsense. Just keep ignoring him until he goes away. Seriously men are so exhausting sometimes.

Quote from sweetprairie on August 30, 2021, 10:13 pmSame. After the kids hit toddlerhood it vanished. Husband thinks we just forget. I start chores so he sleeps. Honestly cant be bothered explaining again. We touch but thats it. My auntie says wait til they leave home. I just nod. Feel like roommates who share dna. Maybe thats normal now. Just tired.

Quote from KindDusk on February 14, 2021, 4:43 amSachi kaho, I had a guy like that too. I swear, He said sweet things but never showed up. I waited once, twice, then just left. Actions are truth, words are just air. If he wanted to be with you, he would make space, not excuses. Don t waste your time waiting for him to change. Pack your bags mentally and see what you want for yourself. Trust your gut, sister.

Quote from Creektally on June 16, 2021, 11:41 pmhonestly i think it’s just stress from moving every two years. my cortisol is probably through the roof. i tried cutting carbs like everyone says but it just made me crazy. now i just eat yogurt and fruit after PT bc its easier when you’re tired. also never skip breakfast. my body would literally shut down if i waited too long to eat. weird right but it works for me

Quote from amberthicket on November 6, 2021, 2:11 pmOh honey same here lol. I tried my first yoga retreat last year and spent half the class waddling around. I just sit on a folded towel now and let it all go. No fancy props needed. My knees click like a geiger counter but at least I get some quiet time to drink tea. Keep going dear.

Quote from FreeGlow on August 17, 2021, 10:42 amI had to stop signing up for team sports where everyone relies on me to show up. Now I just go run by myself before work. If people dont wanna meet me outside, they can wait in the car or stay home. My workout is my workout. I dont have time or energy to babysit grown adults through their fitness journeys. It is exhausting and pointless. I focus on my pace and my goals only. Boundaries helped more than any new routine ever did.

Quote from soft1973 on November 30, 2021, 7:42 pmhonestly i stopped keeping score years ago. Omg, now i just buy myself flowers and go get lunch with my best friend. we laugh about it over coffee. he gets the silent treatment until he remembers next time. dont waste your energy crying over it. treat yourself instead. my husband forgot our 30th too. i just changed the subject and ordered pizza. life goes on.
