Quote from rosewalk on July 29, 2026, 4:23 pmI just put my headphones on and ignore it. Honestly half those people are probably looking at themselves anyway I do my thing and leave. I’ve been in three different bases so far this year so im used to feeling like the new kid everywhere. Just focus on your workout and try not to overthink it. People are usually more concerned with their own appearance than yours.

Quote from kathleen1969 on April 8, 2025, 12:38 pmfr fr nothing irritates me more. i just wear oversized hoodies and huge headphones to block out the world. if a guy gets too close i make direct eye contact until he looks away. most of them are too dumb to keep it up. also dont be afraid to call them out if they get creepy. safety first but dont let them ruin your workout vibe

Quote from Budadieu on March 5, 2026, 1:55 pmi literally just stopped asking him to do anything. if i need something done i do it myself or hire a babysitter for an hour. my sanity is worth more than his participation. dont wait around for him to step up he wont. lower your expectations to zero and stop explaining what you need. it just saves everyone the drama.

Quote from Mauvepass on July 18, 2026, 6:57 pmhonestly same here after workdays. im usually exhausted and just want to crash. we started taking turns getting our needs met or just cuddling without pressure. sometimes he goes to the gym late or reads so i can sleep straight through. communication is key tho. tell him exactly when ur up for it. dont feel guilty about wanting rest.

Quote from Ringthrob on August 30, 2025, 2:32 amhonestly same. i just go to stretch and scroll tiktok while sitting on the bench. half the machines are broken anyway so might as well chill. my arms are thick enough from carrying groceries and all my kids. yall spend twenty bucks to sit on a treadmill watching netflix? wild. i’d rather save the cash for lunch.

Quote from Bridgeweb on January 2, 2025, 10:07 amSame here. I skip the meditation apps. Just take ibuprofen, put on compression socks, and lie flat for 20 mins. Hot shower helps too. Dont try to fix it instantly. Just rest properly. My lower back is killing me from coding all week so I know the pain. Keep pushin through but dont ignore the ache. Eat something salty too.

Quote from Karen1996 on January 24, 2026, 2:15 amArre, ye kya baat hai. My husband also sleeps with mouth hanging open, looks scary actually. I tried taping his mouth once with medical tape, he woke up confused next morning. Now I just give up after two years. It is annoying but not dealbreaker for us. Sahi hai, we make do. If you cant handle it, try nasal strips maybe?

Quote from moonchild1976 on June 16, 2026, 6:01 pmUgh that sounds so frustrating. Lol, My guy did the same thing, calling me crazy for wanting to talk while he was just scrolling on his phone. I stopped trying to fix it. I just told him I need him to be present or I’m gonna take my energy elsewhere. If he stays distant, mirror that. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking you’re too much when he’s putting in zero effort. Keep it real with yourself.

Quote from Doris1972 on January 28, 2025, 9:10 amHonestly same here. I used to force myself to meditate for twenty minutes every morning and it just felt like another item on my to, do list. Now I just read one chapter of a book before bed. No pressure, no timer, just me and the story. If I miss a night, I dont sweat it. It stopped feeling like a chore once I stopped treating it like a performance and just kept it ridiculously low stakes.

Quote from Theresa1982 on June 5, 2026, 9:52 amYeah it is exhausting. I just walk after school letting the kids use the playground while i move. No fancy gear or quick fixes. I dont track macros or do interval training. Just getting outside helps clear my head after grading papers. Simple really. Trying to keep it sustainable so i dont burn out completely.
