Need more women in my life
Quote from Bakerbee1976 on October 21, 2020, 3:03 pmim a mil spouse so we moved 4 times in 3 years. my prs never got stuck, they just vanished because i had no stable gym or consistent routine. i focused on mastering slow perfect reps with whatever weight i could carry in my duffel bag. consistency over intensity when life is chaotic. dont expect linear progress when ur environment keeps changing.

Quote from Jademelody on February 17, 2021, 11:55 pmI stopped trying to manifest money long ago. Now I just grind. I budget tight, pick up extra shifts, and invest what I can. If I want a new car I save for it or work a second job. Manifesting felt like waiting for a check that never arrives. Real talk its about action not just vibes. I focus on what I can control today.

Quote from oak on July 28, 2021, 5:07 pmhonestly same here. i’m on week 4 and my brain is foggy from doing nothing. i spend all day watching kdramas and coding on my laptop while propping my leg up. the boredom is killing me more than the actual pain tbh. just keep grinding through the series marathons until u can walk properly. it sucks but it passes eventually. stay strong sis.

Quote from Hornsaddle on October 9, 2021, 9:39 amsame here. i stretch every nite but my hamstrings are rock. it’s wild how fast the body changes. i just accept it now and focus on keeping my back loose so i dont hurt myself. 45 feels young but the joints say otherwise. at least mine still work lol.

Quote from Sparkmill on January 8, 2021, 11:56 pmhmm i mean my bf is the same. we just sit in diff rooms scrolling phones but he sends me memes or texts u up. feels like enough for him. i get anxious tho bc i want more verbal stuff. dont think ur crazy though. maybe he just feels connected without talking. u could ask him directly if that works for him. im still figuring it out myself lol.

Quote from Mistpollen on October 3, 2021, 1:10 pmUgh that sounds so frustrating. My guy did the same thing, calling me crazy for wanting to talk while he was just scrolling on his phone. I stopped trying to fix it. I just told him I need him to be present or I’m gonna take my energy elsewhere. If he stays distant, mirror that. Don’t let him gaslight you into thinking you’re too much when he’s putting in zero effort. Keep it real with yourself.

Quote from cleartree on June 7, 2021, 9:20 amomg seriously?? five minutes is barely enough time to settle in. my bf does this too and lowkey it’s kinda stressful. i just tell him i’m not ready yet and need to actually relax first. feels like a race sometimes. if he keeps pushing i’d honestly be confused bc like come on. give us a second to breathe ykno

Quote from leafpool on January 21, 2021, 8:56 amusually its just dehydration and low blood sugar hitting at once. i drink a big glass of water immediately after and eat something with carbs and protein within 30 mins. if i skip the postrun snack i feel terrible too. also make sure you actually cool down with a walk instead of just stopping dead. helps the cortisol drop

Quote from Cliffwave on December 25, 2021, 3:44 amI just google local appliance repair near me and call the ones with decent reviews. Honestly, If it is under warranty check that first though. Dont trust random guys on social media ads unless you have friends who used them. I had my treadmill fixed by legit service guy once cost like 50 bucks for belt adjustment. Check if its just a simple part before asking for full service.

Quote from Happy1976 on June 2, 2021, 11:02 pmnah i dont wait for him. Lol, i just do my half fast then relax. if he complains i tell him to do it himself or shut up. we made a schedule so i know when hes supposed to clean. if he doesnt do it i just leave the mess for him to deal with. stops whining when he has to mop his own floors. dont overthink it just set boundaries.
