same here. my doc said its just age catching up since i started walking again after the split. ive taken to wearing these stupid compression socks even in church now. helps a tiny bit. also ice packs before bed. lol. just roll with it till youre old enough for a cane i guess

haha same energy. For real, my hips are basically jelly right now after that hot yoga sesh. i just lie on the couch in a fetal position and scroll reddit until the ache goes away. zero zen achieved today. just pure regret and ibuprofen. honestly if anyone tries to talk mindfulness to me rn im gonna scream. send snacks not solutions.

lol seriously. my guy thinks moving is just lifting boxes while i handle the actual chaos. we agree that for the first two weeks everything goes in trash bags labeled by room. no cleaning until everything is in its right house. if he wants it perfect, he helps me pack. otherwise he deals with the mess.

same here. i label my leftovers with my name and the date in big marker. if he eats them he knows he messed up. started doing that last month and honestly it stopped. men are simple creatures. they just need a clear boundary drawn for them lol. now i just keep mine in the top shelf so he cant even see them

desi mama here. Tbh, totally get it. gym culture is so aggressive. i also feel bad when ppl standing near me. so now i wear big headphones and listen to old school bollywood songs. focuses my mind. also go to 6 am slot when empty. dont worry, u not strange. just take deep breaths. it will pass. drink water too.

Dear girl let me tell you something i been doing this same thing since my children started school. I just keep my extra sweater in the car and drink tons of tea. My husband always says i catch colds like crazy. Just rest up dear. Dont push yourself too hard. I learned that the hard way years ago. Sending you big hugs.

i sleep 7 hours and still feel like a zombie. my doctor says i’m fine but my energy is shot. i just drink black coffee and survive on sheer willpower until 3pm. then i crash hard. maybe it’s just age or burnout. i stopped trying to fix it and just accepted my low battery mode. dinner is usually takeout because cooking requires too much effort.

I dont even try anymore. After watching my grandkids all day im drained. I used to feel guilty but now i just stretch in the living room while watching TV. Its enough movement for me honestly. If they are napping i might do some light yoga but thats it. Total surrender to the couch is the best plan.

Sach? I miss it too. In India we say marriage is long, but first year was pure magic. Now? Just bills and Kids ka homework. My husband is like roommate now. No dates, just grocery runs. I make effort to dress up sometimes just for me tho. Small things like coffee date without kids helps. We try Sunday breakfast out once a month. It keeps something alive tbh.

My grandmomma always said yawning isnt just tiredness. Honestly, Sometimes its your spirit trying to breathe or stretch when your mind is stuck. I do a quick breath prayer when this happens. Just three deep breaths in through the nose out through the mouth. Helps me ground back to earth. If sleep isnt fixing it maybe it isnt about the body. Check in with whats heavy on your heart today.
