My sari pallu became a dish towel AGAIN! Any tips?
Quote from Gentlebud on September 23, 2023, 5:34 pmnah im just doing squats at the office gym before meetings. glute activation seems like extra work for small gains. i dont really feel it anyway. just stick to basic compound lifts and eat enough protein. the trend is just people selling bands and courses. i rather focus on my back pain from coding all day. simpler is better for me tbh.

Quote from indigogrotto on June 28, 2023, 3:13 pmi been there. started getting really tired and holding water when i hit forty. went to the doc and got blood work done. turns out it was just perimenopause hitting hard. took a bit of adjusting but knowing it wasnt permanent helped. also cut down on salt cause that bloating was awful. hope you feel better soon.

Quote from Lisa1969 on April 9, 2023, 11:54 pmI literally just told my man to take over every other weekend. No negotiation. If he wants to be a dad, he steps up. I used to do everything too until I got so tired I just stopped caring. Now he handles bedtime and laundry on his days. It’s not fair but it’s necessary for my sanity. Just set the boundary baby.

Quote from Clayditch on September 4, 2023, 12:13 pmnah i would just tell her straight up. I swear, tell her its not our culture or tradition here. we don't do that kind of stuff in the house. its confusing for my kids too. just say no politely but firmly. dont let her push it. keep the space yours. if she keeps it up ask her to do it at her place or temple. boundary setting is key fam.

Quote from Hollowticket on August 20, 2023, 12:00 amSame here. My ex wanted nonstop. Now I’m single and if a guy asks for more than once a week I’m out. I spend my free time napping, reading, or drinking wine on the patio. Zero sex drive since the divorce. If he’s tired he can go sleep. I had enough of being someone’s hobby. This peace is worth more than any hookup. Just let him figure it out.

Quote from Leafstream on October 12, 2023, 7:38 amgirl if he cheated dont even look at him twice. honest he wants attention not love. i wouldnt even reply to him. like really? you broke my trust and now you want skin contact? gross. just block him and go get a fresh manicure. we dont settle for that nonsense. be serious with yourself. he can take his ego with him. no contact is the only move here trust me.

Quote from christine1993 on May 21, 2024, 5:18 pmi just blocked him and deleted the app. honestly it felt like a relief. i spent three years trying to fix things that werent broken on my end and now im just focusing on myself. no more late night scrolling or wondering if he’s talking to someone else. peace of mind is worth more than any potential match.

Quote from Softsimile on May 21, 2024, 5:18 pmit is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?

Quote from Sunshine2001 on August 10, 2024, 9:10 pmyeah mostly. i canceled mine after two months. the 10 minute guided sessions are fine but paying $15/mo for the same info you get on youtube for free is rough. now i just stare at a wall or listen to rain sounds. saves money, same stress relief. if you really need structure, buy a book once. cheaper in the long run.
