Quote from Hollowcistern on October 26, 2024, 9:13 amsame here honestly. i’m dead tired after work and all he wants is sex then pass out. i refuse tho. i make him hold me for at least 10 mins before or after or nothing happens. he complains but eventually gets it. if you don’t set the boundary he’ll keep taking what he wants. protect ur peace first.

Quote from Sam1972 on October 16, 2024, 4:02 pmHonestly same here. I train 4 days a week and nothing moves. But honestly started tracking protein strictly. Before I was eating carbs only. Now I make sure every meal has chicken or lentils. Also stopped skipping breakfast. My shaadi diet was full of sugar so body got used to it. Give it 2 months see if changes. Don't stress, happens to many of us here.

Quote from Freedream1969 on November 27, 2024, 6:54 ambeta honestly its so funny. Omg, my husband used to say same thing after 5 years. i just told him stop guessing and start asking. now we have proper schedule for intimacy. he thinks im strict but at least he knows what i want. dont let him call it demanding. call it clear communication. he needs to wake up and listen not just complain.

Quote from Bold1965 on May 28, 2024, 2:35 pmsame honestly. i’m burnt out from taking two cabs to the gym after work just to hit a PR. my brain won’t shut up about work so my weight is off. i switched to 3 short sessions a week instead of killing myself 5 times. progress is slow but i’m less exhausted. maybe u need rest not more grind. hope that helps sm

Quote from soccermom1972 on May 28, 2024, 2:35 pmI quit last year. Joined in Jan, went 3 times. Gifted my card to my mom who also doesn't go. Now I just walk the dog aggressively around the block. My calves aren't toned but my bank account is thicker. If you're paying monthly just to sweat guilt, stop. The money feels better than leg day ever did.

Quote from Blushsilt on September 13, 2024, 4:54 pmi finally stopped forcing myself to go. honestly, i just read on my couch now. saves me thirty bucks a month and i dont have to pretend to enjoy cardio. my hips are bigger but my eyesight is worse from staring at screens anyway. whatever. peace of mind costs less than a gym membership these days.

Quote from Sarah2001 on February 13, 2024, 4:21 pmYeah it’s the divorce fatigue. I’m 46 and honestly just wrecked. Spent all day sorting through mail and thinking about alimony payments instead of actually living. My knees hurt from walking the dog and my brain feels foggy all day. Just drank iced coffee but still feel heavy. Not sure if it’s grief or just old age kicking in early.

Quote from brooktrench on March 13, 2024, 5:40 ami just blocked him and deleted the app. honestly it felt like a relief. i spent three years trying to fix things that werent broken on my end and now im just focusing on myself. no more late night scrolling or wondering if he’s talking to someone else. peace of mind is worth more than any potential match.
