Quote from oceanwaves2001 on June 10, 2026, 5:08 pmsame honestly. i’m burnt out from taking two cabs to the gym after work just to hit a PR. my brain won’t shut up about work so my weight is off. i switched to 3 short sessions a week instead of killing myself 5 times. progress is slow but i’m less exhausted. maybe u need rest not more grind. hope that helps sm

Quote from luckycharm1969 on July 27, 2025, 9:19 amhonestly yeah. i do it all the time now. usually happens after foreplay when im just so exhausted from work. my partner jokes about it but doesnt mind. we just cuddle and fall asleep together. its cozy and honestly the best part of the night for me. no pressure to perform just rest.

Quote from citylights1977 on May 2, 2026, 10:13 pmMy husband used to think that was plenty till I started scheduling other things. Omg, Now we do it twice a week or he gets left out. Not trying to be mean but if you dont prioritize it he will assume its low priority to you too. Communication is key, even if it feels awkward at first. Just set the expectation early.

Quote from jules1974 on January 30, 2026, 5:20 amI get this too yall. Even when i sleep like 9 hours. My husband says i yawn so loud it wakes him up. I just drink a big glass of cold water and stretch my arms out high. Sometimes i take a quick 10 minute nap in the afternoon too. No big fix just live with it. Hope you feel better soon dear.

Quote from heartcomparison on March 11, 2025, 5:55 amhonestly same. i just go to stretch and scroll tiktok while sitting on the bench. half the machines are broken anyway so might as well chill. my arms are thick enough from carrying groceries and all my kids. yall spend twenty bucks to sit on a treadmill watching netflix? wild. i’d rather save the cash for lunch.

Quote from Budgoodbye on December 4, 2025, 11:14 amHonest truth is most of us are faking it. I used to think sleep fixed everything until I got my iron and vitamin D levels checked. Turns out I was just running on empty. Eight hours of sleep doesnt help if your body is fighting a deficiency. Go see a doctor and ask for blood work before buying another fancy pillow.

Quote from AuroraHeart on March 30, 2026, 11:04 pmive moved every 18 months for work and yeah it kills the vibe. hard to build intimacy when you are busy unpacking boxes or sleeping on an air mattress. my partner and i just stopped trying to plan dates during the first year in a new city. we just ordered takeout and watched movies until things settled down. now we wait until lease renews to start dating again

Quote from Gentledrum on February 24, 2026, 12:55 pmi just stopped answering his texts about needing space. Lol, honestly it feels exhausting to keep picking up the pieces every time he checks out. im focusing on my lesson planning and hanging out with my girls instead. if he wants space he can have it but im not holding my breath. it isnt my job to manage his emotions or wait around.

Quote from Daleshow on August 25, 2025, 12:38 pmlol honestly same. pilates is too boring sans hype. i went to a black woman owned studio downtown and its always full of energy. the instructor is loud af and calls you out if you cheating. makes it way more fun. also got a new friend who drives past so we carpool. sometimes u just need the drama and noise to get through a roll up.

Quote from SeasideGlow on June 14, 2025, 11:06 pmit is 11 pm and the house is dead quiet. my husband fell asleep on the couch at 930 pm with the tv still on. i just did laundry for the fourth time this week because the kids spill juice everywhere. i went to target today for a $2 cereal box and spent $80 on stuff i do not need. now i am sitting here drinking rooibos tea but i cannot relax. the air feels heavy. why does my home feel so cold and empty when my whole family is literally in the other room? i tried lighting a candle from ulta but it did not help. i just feel so drained. is this normal or am i just crazy?
