Same here. By 1pm I am totally zhoos gaya. Earning sabzi vendor level patience. My thali is heavy daal chawal, makes me sleepy fast. Even coffee doesnt help after 1pm. Just crash on sofa for one ghanta. If I dont rest, whole shabaar mood ho jaata hai. Husband thinks I am lazy but actually body just shuts down. Survive till dinnar time only.

dont miss it. i am 46 and my husband and i have been together 20 years. we stopped doing all that fake excitement years ago. now we just chill. watch tv, eat good food, talk about bills. it is peaceful. the honeymoon phase is exhausting. you spend all your energy trying to impress someone. i rather be comfortable and know he is not going anywhere. save your energy for yourself.

Honey pull up a chair and listen close. I packed my good china and moved to the guest room. He can have his space. I used that time to read my bible and drink iced tea on the porch. If he wants me back he better come ask for it with a clean heart. I ain't waiting around all night anymore.

Husband thinks I’m crazy for needing quiet too. Omg, I leave the house every Saturday morning. Go to the library or just sit in my car. He complains but I don’t care. If I don’t get that hour to myself I snap. My peace isn’t negotiable. You do you. Don’t let him guilt trip you into losing your mind.

Oye girl, that sounds exhausting tbh. For real, If he keeps bringing up his ex, I’m just straight up telling him stop right there. It’s disrespectful to me and weird for him. I’d say either leave the ghost in the past or I’m leaving. Seriously, why are you stuck listening to his drama? He needs to get his act together or find someone else to play therapist. No jokes.

hon honey, drink a gallon of water everyday. Lol, seriously. i keep a big jug on my desk at the church office cause i forget otherwise. also walk around the block twice a day. sitin there all week just stops things up. if that dont work try some prune juice. gross but it works. bless your heart.

yeah its totally normal. i lift heavy twice a week out here and my quads are trash for two days straight. cant even climb the stairs to get up without groaning. just keep moving a little bit. drinking water helps too. if it burns too bad try some heat. don't expect to walk normal tomorrow though. just tough it out.

girl same. i just take those little plastic containers from the pharmacy and throw them in my purse. dont overthink it. some days i leave three pills on the kitchen counter for later. if you forget one dose whatevs. life goes on. my doc told me it more important i keep taking them regularly than track every single one perfectly. less stress is better for you honestly.

Same here. My husband also takes forever. I just put on noise cancelling headphones and listen to music. Or I do my own skincare routine downstairs. No point waiting. Let him take his time. I make chai for myself and relax. It is better than sitting there angry. You learn to manage it. Just ignore the shower sound and focus on yourself. Works for me most days.

uff girl me too my husband installed a baby gate in the living room but they still find ways to sneak in. now i just keep my dumbbells in the bedroom closet and do squats there. if they touch my yoga mat im done yelling so loud my neighbors probably hear it. honestly its so exhausting trying to maintain peace while working out. maybe i should just join a gym outside home.
