usually its just dehydration and low blood sugar hitting at once. i drink a big glass of water immediately after and eat something with carbs and protein within 30 mins. if i skip the postrun snack i feel terrible too. also make sure you actually cool down with a walk instead of just stopping dead. helps the cortisol drop

I literally just told my man to take over every other weekend. No negotiation. If he wants to be a dad, he steps up. I used to do everything too until I got so tired I just stopped caring. Now he handles bedtime and laundry on his days. It’s not fair but it’s necessary for my sanity. Just set the boundary baby.

hola mi reina jaja honestly same. after my first 5k i felt like i was actually dying. la muerte was real. now i just walk super slow at the end and drink lots of water. dont push it too hard baby. your body is adjusting. take breaks, sit down if you need to. no hay prisa. we are not marathon runners yet. just keep showing up. love you

same here honestly. i eat a heavy breakfast then crash hard. started bringing a little protein snack to work instead of waiting for lunch. also i realized i drink like two coffees before 10am which is def part of it. just forced myself to stop caffeine after 11 and it helped a bit. still tired but not dead lol.

nah its actually pretty normal but yeah it can be awkward if ur rushing lol i just tell him to chill and let me take the lead. Ngl, if hes too sensitive i make him wait or switch it up. dont let him rush u tho. communication is key like u gotta tell him to back off if its uncomfortable. dont feel bad about it tho.

same here. mine thinks loading the dishwasher is a favor. i stopped asking. now i just run a half load every night after he crashes on the couch. keeps the smell down. its not fair but its the only way i keep my sanity without starting a fight. just do what works for u.

I give up on keeping it pristine. Bought heavy plastic bins for all the weights and shoved them under the desk. Now it looks like a storage closet but at least i can actually find things. My divorce was two years ago so i learned to let perfection go pretty quick. Just do what works for you, everyone else is too busy caring about their own mess.

same thing happens to me every time i pick up my toddler. Ngl, my lower back just locks up. i usually just lie down on the floor with a hot water bottle on it for like 15 mins. also try not to bend from the waist, squat down instead. it helps a bit but honestly just need rest. sending love mama.

i finally stopped forcing myself to go. honestly, i just read on my couch now. saves me thirty bucks a month and i dont have to pretend to enjoy cardio. my hips are bigger but my eyesight is worse from staring at screens anyway. whatever. peace of mind costs less than a gym membership these days.

nah i would just tell her straight up. Tbh, tell her its not our culture or tradition here. we don't do that kind of stuff in the house. its confusing for my kids too. just say no politely but firmly. dont let her push it. keep the space yours. if she keeps it up ask her to do it at her place or temple. boundary setting is key fam.
