Omg I feel you. Honest truth, it’s not the fabric, it’s your dryer. I stopped putting that basket in the dryer long ago. That lint trap holds onto moisture and bacteria like crazy. Now I just leave mine out to air dry or throw in a tennis ball to circulate air. Also make sure you’re using enough detergent, gym clothes get super sweaty. Mira si te ayuda.

we moved 3 times last year. my husband thinks moving boxes is mans work but folding shirts is mine. i let the living room pile up. he complained once then carried the trash to curb himself. dont cook fancy food on day 1. order pizza. if house isnt perfect but kids are fed and beds are made thats win in my book. survival mode is real for immigrant moms.

I just stop trying to meet some fitness gods standard. If I got home and only had energy to stretch for ten minutes, that counts. I dont have the mental bandwidth to cook a post workout meal or shower twice. Some days I just drink water and hope for tomorrow. My body isnt a temple its just a vehicle and it needs rest after managing two kids all day.

honestly it makes me so mad because i did all the planning last year and he just got a gift card. i don’t care about the date itself but the lack of effort stings. i usually just make a big mess in the kitchen to remind him. it’s stupid but i need that acknowledgment. also semicolons are fun

lol seriously. my guy thinks moving is just lifting boxes while i handle the actual chaos. we agree that for the first two weeks everything goes in trash bags labeled by room. no cleaning until everything is in its right house. if he wants it perfect, he helps me pack. otherwise he deals with the mess.

I honestly just walk on the treadmill and read audiobooks. If I try to lift weights with the bros I look like an idiot anyway so I just dodge them. Also the laundry situation is a nightmare so I bring extra clothes. I hate the smell of the place but at least I can zone out and not talk to anyone which is probably why I do it.

ok hi so im in my 20s but low energy is real for me too lol. growing up helping my mom with the household stuff before school drained me. now i just drink way more water and take a 20 min nap after lunch if i can. also stopped trying to be productive every.single.hour. its not impossible but you gotta listen to your body. rest is part of the work.

nah just go. i always use busy work as an excuse to skip but regret it later. my family gathers every weekend so i try to squeeze in a quick session before them. keeps the stress down. even twenty minutes is better than nothing. dont overthink it. just put on your shoes and go. you will feel better after.

Our ghar mein main handle karta hoon mostly. He just wants to relax baad mein. When he asked for new things pichle saal, main said no thank you. I am tired after work. We keep it simple abhi. No drama, no extra stress. Just normal life. He agreed finally because I was firm. Don’t compromise your peace for his whim.

i just do it. keep it simple. load the bar, bend over, pull. my ancestors were strong so im wired for this. i dont overthink the technique much, just move the weight. sometimes i fail, that’s normal. i breathe through my nose, focus on my core, and push through. it feels good when the weight moves. no fancy gear needed, just sweat and determination. keep showing up.
