Mine too. Sitting back to back meetings kharab kar diya knee. Doctor bola office chair support nahi hota mai. Main ab lunch break mein thoda walk karta hoon kitchen tak. Cold pack bhi rakhta hoon raat ko. Par sach kahu toh bas time ke saath sahi hoga shayad. Tu bhi rest le, zyada stress mat le.

nah its actually pretty normal but yeah it can be awkward if ur rushing lol i just tell him to chill and let me take the lead. For real, if hes too sensitive i make him wait or switch it up. dont let him rush u tho. communication is key like u gotta tell him to back off if its uncomfortable. dont feel bad about it tho.
