Quote from Carolyn2000 on December 25, 2024, 1:45 amHaha same here sister. My kids are finally napping so Idc. I just brew a double and sit in silence. Its the only time I remember I exist. If I stop now my brain starts racing anyway. So might as well enjoy it. My husband complains but I tell him shhh. Peace is expensive.

Quote from budarmistice on September 15, 2024, 12:35 amI just google local appliance repair near me and call the ones with decent reviews. If it is under warranty check that first though. Dont trust random guys on social media ads unless you have friends who used them. I had my treadmill fixed by legit service guy once cost like 50 bucks for belt adjustment. Check if its just a simple part before asking for full service.

Quote from Soft2000 on September 25, 2024, 3:30 pmugh right. i used to try deep breathing but it just made me more anxious. now i just zone out with loud action movies or listen to true crime podcasts. keeps my brain busy so i dont overthink. also ice baths help when my muscles feel tight from stress. honestly just numbing the noise out works better than trying to calm down. its exhausting being on high alert all the time.

Quote from virginia2002 on October 28, 2024, 6:16 pmfr though i see why you’re mad tbh. i turned twenty and he bought me those overpriced candles instead of the matcha kit i literally printed out and emailed him. i didn’t make a huge deal of it, but my internal monologue was screaming. it’s not the gift, it’s the fact that he keeps missing the small things that actually make me feel seen. ugh.

Quote from Marilyn1997 on January 27, 2024, 8:42 pmStop doing 45 min sessions. My knees gave out from that. Now i do 20 min walks after dinner. Just move. Hydrate more too. Dehydration makes u feel like crap after exercise. Drink water before and after. Simple. Dont overcomplicate it. If u feel worse check form or intensity. Lower weight. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Quote from Kathleen1994 on January 23, 2024, 12:29 pmHonestly I just survived on cheap coffee and silence first few months. Stop trying to be productive. My in laws still call daily so i muted their numbers. Go walk outside even if just around block. Eat whatever you want no guilt. One day at a time. If crying helps do it. Dont force yourself to be happy yet. Just exist.

Quote from soilvibration on June 8, 2024, 4:09 amYeah honestly. Hubby snores so loud i just give up after a while. We make out sometimes but that is about it. I think at our age it just is not the main event anymore. We hold hands and watch tv which is nice enough. Dont stress about it. My body just aches too much for anything wild.

Quote from linenrill on May 11, 2024, 11:04 pmlol yeah my man is the same. he gets hard like five seconds after we start making out its honestly kinda funny. i just laugh and tell him to chill but also its kinda cute that hes into me that much. we just roll with it and get on with it. no big deal really, just how his body works. sometimes i tease him about being so quick to react but nah its all good.

Quote from Siltrill on July 30, 2025, 1:39 pmhonestly i think it’s just stress from moving every two years. Honestly, my cortisol is probably through the roof. i tried cutting carbs like everyone says but it just made me crazy. now i just eat yogurt and fruit after PT bc its easier when you’re tired. also never skip breakfast. my body would literally shut down if i waited too long to eat. weird right but it works for me
