nah just go. Omg, i always use busy work as an excuse to skip but regret it later. my family gathers every weekend so i try to squeeze in a quick session before them. keeps the stress down. even twenty minutes is better than nothing. dont overthink it. just put on your shoes and go. you will feel better after.

fr that sounds exhausting. i had a phase like that too but refused to sit in the discomfort. started leaving notes on the counter just stating what i needed that night straight up. took the pressure off having a convo but still communicated my needs. if he still wont talk then u gotta decide if u wanna stay lonely or find intimacy elsewhere. my husband had to step up quick or i was out.

nah its not weird at all. i just broke up too and weirdly i miss cooking dinner and doing laundry more than seeing his face. being busy keeps me sane so now im just lost in the quiet. i spend my days running and lifting to get the stress out. it sucks but at least i have control over my routine now. its weird how much you take for granted until its gone.

sister no u not lazy. i hit that wall hard last year. felt like carrying the world but had zero energy left. i stopped trying to do it all and just did the bare minimum for a while. let dishes pile up, ordered takeout, went to bed early. ur body is screaming for rest not more punishment. take the day off. truly.

Honestly same here. I used to force myself to meditate for twenty minutes every morning and it just felt like another item on my to, do list. Now I just read one chapter of a book before bed. No pressure, no timer, just me and the story. If I miss a night, I dont sweat it. It stopped feeling like a chore once I stopped treating it like a performance and just kept it ridiculously low stakes.

honestly i stopped asking him to help. i just do what needs doing while he hangs out. if he complains about the mess i tell him to fix it himself or shut up. at this point his energy is not worth the fight. i save my mental peace for myself and my kids. let him live in the chaos he ignores. peace is more important than being right.

hon i set clear boundaries day one. told her house rules include no rituals in living spaces. she can do it in her own place or outside. simple as that. been married 12 years, never had issues since. if you dont speak up they just keep doing it. be direct but polite. my dad in law handles the stuff now. works for us.

omg sis same energy. Tbh, we’re pacific so family always over but my husband is a stink bomb. i literally just pull the blankets over his head and bury him in the bed. if he wakes up squished he’ll wash his face at least. husband smells like fish and sweat but i’m too tired to fight. just use strong perfume and ignore it lol.

Happens to me all the time. I switched to a heavy duty detergent and added a cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle. Also stopped letting wet clothes sit in the machine. Usually put them right in the dryer. Makes a huge difference. My old stuff smelled like a swamp till i did that. Now it just smells like clean cotton. Try the vinegar trick first its cheap and works.
