u r not alone honestly. i feel it too. sometimes i just rest and eat something good like pizza or tacos. other times i go for a walk cuz sitting makes my back hurt worse. my tias say its all in ur head but nah its real. im trying yoga on youtube but even that is hard some days. just take it easy on yoursef.

ok hi so im in my 20s but low energy is real for me too lol. growing up helping my mom with the household stuff before school drained me. now i just drink way more water and take a 20 min nap after lunch if i can. also stopped trying to be productive every.single.hour. its not impossible but you gotta listen to your body. rest is part of the work.

honestly i just skip the glute activation bs. Lol, feels like a waste of time. i hit my legs hard on squat day and thats it. if they activate during the lift perfect otherwise who cares. save ur energy for the actual weights. plus my gym gets super crowded so standing around doing band walks is annoying. just lift heavy and move on with your life.

Yeah it’s the divorce fatigue. I’m 46 and honestly just wrecked. Spent all day sorting through mail and thinking about alimony payments instead of actually living. My knees hurt from walking the dog and my brain feels foggy all day. Just drank iced coffee but still feel heavy. Not sure if it’s grief or just old age kicking in early.

divorced two years ago after exactly this. he was exhausted, i was resentful, we both hated ourselves. now i have sex with myself whenever i want. no negotiations, no guilt. its honestly liberating. save yourself the argument. fill your own cup or step outside and find a community where people actually show up. dont wait for a tired man to fix your loneliness.

man i feel u. honestly i just stopped trying to carry everyone. i go to the gym to sweat and clear my head not to fix peoples problems. if they want to come thats cool but im not waiting or pushing anymore. kinda selfish maybe but i needed the space for myself first. my energy is for me right now.

dude same. i lift weights twice a week and still feel like i got hit by a commuter train. half the time i just scroll tiktok on the bench press. im mixed too so idk if its just my genes or chicago weather wrecking my circadian rhythm. honestly i just drink a rocket fuel before bed and hope for the best. why is recovery so hard??

I just wear oversized hoodies everywhere. Gym included. If they staring its their problem not mine. I focus on my playlist and ignore the mirrors completely. Sometimes I bring a big bag to cover the reflection too. Honestly why do men even look in mirrors while lifting? Weird. Just keep your head down and do your thing. Their business is none of mine.

lol so true. Lol, i code all day then drag my body to lift heavy things. my back is always stiff but i refuse to stop. my husband thinks im crazy but gym keeps my mind clear. sometimes i just go to hit the treadmill and listen to arabic music loud. dont care if it feels rigged. i need the sweat to feel human. we overthink too much as tech workers. just move your body. simple.

honestly i just stop overthinking. when my divorce was final i called my brother and we went to mall. simple. first date i just went for chai with guy. no fancy dinner stress. if khana was bad or vibe off i left. no drama. just see what happens. dont plan whole life in one meeting. take it easy sis. sometimes bhaiya beta helps too for chaperone lol. keep it low pressure.
